QuikTrip — Restaurant in Tulsa

Stopped by early morning at 3 AM for gas. I walked in to hear the two male workers conversing near the door. Neither noticed nor acknowledge me and another customer had wapkwd in. I immediately noticed the store had some products and food strewn on the floor in various parts. On the way to the bathroom, I quickly looked over at the coffee/drinks area and quickly lost my appetite. It was a mess. ..... bathrooms are dirty and had a strong stench. Toilets hadn't been cleaned, and the right stall hadn't been flushed by the previous person. When I tried to flush it, it wouldn't flush. Toilet paper all over the floor and counters had water all over it. It was disgusting. I walked out as both stalls were unusable.

There was a lady with her phone plugged into the hall outlet outside the restroom on a very personal phone call as the two male employees continued to carry on a conversation about the job.... clueless or didn't care about the mess around the store.

I have been to quite a few QT locations. This location is the worst in regard to cleanliness and customer service....

Interesting to see a bunch of hard working blue collar guys going in grabbing coffees and being over charged compared to other QTs in the area. Two guys before me small refills of coffee being charged 2.75 compared to others where it’s only $1.70. I was next in line and also getting a refill when the guy said it’s 2.75. I said no it’s not I get this coffee every day and just a few hours prior to this I had my first cup. It was 1.70. He said nothing I can do about it. I’m sure it’s a breakdown of poor management and training. Be better QT. Times are hard right now and every penny matters. Don’t screw...

For how busy this place is they never have enough employees working. Today I went in there on my lunch break and stood at the same register for 10 minutes while somebody was buying Bingo tickets. I guess the girl at the register didn't realize that she can help two people at once how much you asked me how I was doing I said not too good now cuz I'm going to be late for my lunch break she said well you could have said something to me. I responded with I didn't realize I need to tell you to help two people at once, and I thought you were trained to do that. She continued to habe an attitude with me so...
