Burger King — Restaurant in Warsaw

Jeez, I drive around a lot so I also try several different locations of the same chain. It's fast food we don't expect everything to be perfect or 5* food... That being said we don't expect every single item to have an issue.

I ordered 2 number 2 breakfast meals. One with a small coffee (they got the sugar and creamer wrong) and one medium ice with some coke (apparently), for some reason they gave me a diet one. One sandwich was okay, if okay meant soggy and cold enough the cheese didn't even start to melt. The second one was even worse, with the same issue as the first but this time the cheese wasn't even half on the sandwich, the bacon was stacked (and not as in fully loaded, as in three slices one on top of the other.)

Asked for ketchup... Got none... Shouldn't even have to ask for napkins but again... Got None. And I get that coffee should be hot but let's maybe not go for boiling?

All of that was served with an attitude and a wait time... For cold and soggy sandwiches...

Officially took place of the worst: Warsaw next...

By far the worst burger king I've ever been too. Ordered a whopper meal and double Whopper . They told us after we got to the window that the grill caught fire and it would be a few minutes to make new burgers . Said fine no big deal. Then handed us completely burnt patties that definitely weren't real meat . Went back through they said would we except whopper jrs instead . Said fine and told them what was on them . Every one was ice cold and mine was to be no tomato . 1 came with no tomato but had cheese on it . The other 2 had only ketchup and Cheese. Again went back through the drive thru and they looked at me like I did something wrong. Then they took the 2 jr's and halfway scraped the cheese off and added toppings. That is completely unsanitary and against health codes for sure . I will be contacting the corporate office tomorrow for sure . The fries and onion rings and burgers were less than room temperature . Another health code violation. These places have gotten extremely bad in the last several years . This one by far...

I'm going to be honest. I'm not on the page of changing pronouns . God does not make mistakes. I went to this burger King today, and we immediately went in to wash our hands. Shortly after entering, a man entered the women's restroom. What I thought was maybe a poorly timed restroom check turned into the manager (man) having a restroom break. It's difficult to explain to a 3 - and 4 year old what is happening, but they are inquisitive and wouldn't just drop it. You do you. You believe in whatever you feel the need to. If BK stands behind this, then they need to get a coed/family restroom, so this isn't a thing. We won't be back. Very off-putting. The food is fast food. The facility was nice. The employees were kind, and as long as you don't mind you or a family member potentially in an awkward situation, then...
