Chicken Express — Restaurant in Waxahachie

This so called "restaurant" is the epitome of the failings of modern fast food establishments. When I walked in the gates of hell, the odor was so bad, my nose stopped operating and I shed many tears of disgust and I wanted to end my life. In fact I actually did and this is his mom writing this, which is in his diary, and he wanted this here as his final wish. I called the manager the other day and he was actually not at work, but at his cheap "one room, just got out of mommas basement apartment, high school drop out," playing Fortnite with his 7 year old squad getting below 50th on Battle Royale because little Bobby wanted to land on tilted towers every time. I asked him why aren't you at work, he answered, " give me that blue assault rifle Timothy." I was confused at first, but then I found out he was drunk and so I recorded the message from then on and I sent it to the CEO. I later got a voicemail from him saying, "How come * didn't ask for the rocket launcher when Timothy obviously has one in his inventory." It turns out the CEO was playing with the manager and his username was xX_shadowhunter_Xx. In a nutshell, I'm never doing business with these...

I’m not one to give 1 star reviews but I’m honestly fed up with this chicken express. The other one on the other end of 77 is way better. This chicken express is constantly a disappointment. The management is poor and I think I have had maybe 1 good interaction with workers. Every-time I place a very simple order and almost every time they some how get it wrong. I literally sat at the intercom tonight talking to the girl who couldn’t understand a word I said (which isn’t her fault) they put what I wanted on the ticket and it was still wrong in the box. It’s very frustrating and annoying. I have so much more too but I don’t have time to go into detail- Especially when I was a door dasher. I have been contemplating writing a review because I didn’t think it was worth it but at this point I’m fed up. I hate that I have to drive to the other end of town just to get good food and good customer service from a chicken express. I understand they are busy and probably short handed but if you can’t do something for someone and it’s a continuous thing then what’s the point of being open? Normally I am NEVER EVER a person to leave reviews about any place I go. But today I just can't let it slide. I myself am a huge lover of Chicken Express. Easily in my opinion a better place than Raising Canes and much cheaper. But today I visited the one in Waxahachie Texas and I just have to say I have been here a good few times and each time it gets just worse and worse. The employee taking my order seemed kinda rude but maybe she was having a bad day. But that's not my real issue. My issue was the food. Yes. I could have EASILY walked up to the manager and talked to her about it but I don't like causing a scene. But this time my food was just all cold and gross. The fries which I love were just disgusting the chicken wasn't it's normal juciness and the gravy was so runny I could have just used a straw and drank it.
