Imperial 500 Motel — Hotel in Wildwood Crest

I absolutely love this motel! So much so, while in Cape May at another motel this past weekend, I called to see if they had a vacancy. Luckily, they did and we headed back to the Imperial.|The family that owns the motel is wonderful. The hotel is clean and the location is great. A short walk to the beach and you always have a view from the motel no matter where you are even the 1st floor because of the deck. The staff are so friendly also. They remember you always and greet you with a big hello. We go back in September and I'm counting down the days. Also the rooms are perfect! Love the efficiency for a longer stay. It has everything you need and more. Not to mention, I always get a great night's sleep--the beds are awesome! If you want to have a great weekend or a longer vacation this is the only place to go. PROS: This is the best motel in the area! Every time we go to Wildwood we always stay here. This family owned hotel has a nice pool with a diving board along with a kids pool, it has billiards, a tanning deck, grills, Shuffle board, horse shoes, an arcade with washing machines, a sand rinse, and it's the closest motel to the beach. Rooms are amazing and affordable too!

CONS: The pool closes way to early and the billiards aren't free. Parking is very tight and the elevator is slower than you walking 4 flights of stairs. But the biggest problem was that one of my friends found a mouse in their room. I haven't ran into that problem yet.

Imperial 500 is a beautiful place. The owners and staff treat you like family. The rooms are so clean, the staff will do anything for you to make you feel so welcomed. The owners treat you like you're part of there family. The pool is so clean. They have a kiddy pool that kids and parents like to relax in, plus another one that goes to 10 foot. My wife and I have a 9 year old boy and he is Autistic he loved warming up in the kiddy pool then moving into the deep pool. The familes that stay there are so welcoming also. Kids gets to be kids there have fun and be in a safe beautiful motel. Plus the beach is less then 1 minute away.
