5 stars, 5 points: Got the Filet, MR (anything more is blasphemy lol! 😆 ) PERFECT TEMP!! FINE af cut, lightly seasoned, and seared to perfection, as previously stated. And to seal the deal,THIS JAWN COMES WITH: shrimp, REAL jumbo lump crabmeat (SO FRESH!!), PERFECT fat asparagus spears (LOVES THEM!!), and the by-god best damn garlic mashed I ever et!! Only gripe, shrimp was clearly previously cooked, (which I totes understand @ a busy spot) and were a bit dry and over cooked from the reheat. Still tasty af, tho. 2.Hats off to my server, Stephanie, who was bright and cheerful, patient and genuinely attentive to my every need, despite my impromptu arrival, quarter of closing time 😳...(hated to do but I was determined to get a steak tonight, come heck or high water!) Food was fast, but not TOO fast, as I said, everything was SLAMMIN'!! NICE AND CLEAN establishment with lovely views and outdoor seating, poolside! Kinda neat vintage style interior, I dig it. I cannot express enough that the food here is wonderful, so just keep that in mind. However on this occasion our waitress just happened to be very subpar. I do not know her name but on the check she wrote that she is Server 8 so if that helps I don’t know. She was very grumpy, she was not attentive, and she frequently forgot items we ordered. She also seemed very lazy. Why do I say this you may ask, well, I ordered a hot chocolate, and 3 days previous I visited this place and ordered one and it came with whipped cream. So our waitress brings it over without whipped cream, so I asked for some. The waitress told me they didn’t have any. So I saw this as weird so I proceeded to ask a different waitress as she walked by. That waitress proceeded to bring me whipped cream proving our waitresses laziness. Also, 2 members of our party had to ask 3 times just to get their coffees refilled, but our waitress did not forget to make herself a cup of coffee and drink it in full view of the many customers probably waiting for stuff like ourselves. I fully intend to come back to this establishment due to the delicious food and usually good service, but if I return and I get Server 8 again, I will gladly ask for someone else...

9.2/10 - For the past 4-5 years, every family dinner in Wildwood has been at Royal Grille. We’ve been consistently frequenting the restaurant cause well…they’re consistently excellent. The atmosphere is more than pleasant with ocean and beach views while also touting the accessibility to accommodate my particularly large family. The service is always on point with friendly, attentive staff, but the food is the real reason we return. Whether it’s the eggplant crepes with the softest marinara or the creamiest shrimp and scallop risotto, we’ve always been served superb plates at great value.

Our last visit blew me out of the water which led to this very review. I got the special - veal saltimbocca. And yes, it was absolutely special. While from above it may not appear to be appetizing, do not judge a saltimbocca by its cover. It was tender, tasty, and had an large chunk of bone marrow in the cut that made this an unforgettable dish.
