Worst service i think i have ever had. Waitress seemed as high as a kite. She walked up to the table handed us 2 menus and stood there. Assumed she wanted our drink order. Gave her our drink order. Stood there with a blank stare on her face. So we gave our meal order after a few minutes. Went over the whole order. She left and came back with our drinks and go over the order AGAIN because she didn’t get it all the first time. Didn’t see her again until the meals came. My salad came out with my meal. The salad bowl was half in my mashed potatoes. The salad dressing was spilled all over my plate. Gravy running over the edge of the plate all over the bottom of the plate. She came back once and asked if we needed anything. I asked for a drink refill. I was long out of that. She left and come back 10 minutes later and said how are you guys making out. Do we need anything. I said yea my drink. She stood there like i just upset her. I then asked for check. At check out was asked how the meal and service was. I told them it was the worst service i have ever gotten. They said OH sorry about that then told me to have a nice night. 40$ for the worst meal and service i ever had. People at table behind us was very very upset about their horrible...

Waited longer than usual to order. Other server stood at the booth next to us and had a conversation with the party he was serving, so loud I couldn't even talk to my wife right next to me, we also heard every detail of their entire conversation...very annoying.

Wife's food was fine, but mine had my strawberry syrup from my French toast all over my eggs and sausage, a very sloppy plate.

Some may not mind sweet stuff on eggs & sausage, but I do...tt took a long time for our server to come check on us, meaning had to eat my toast first, not a big deal but I usually eat the sweet stuff last, kinda like a breakfast dessert.

Of course someone else brought us our food and walked away...aren't servers called Servers because they serve you your food?

Another visit; food was piping hot, but barley any gravy on the country fried steak and skillet, half burnt english muffin, dried out and hard, skillet shows up at 2/3 the size it used to be and scrambled eggs....supposed to have eggs to order. Branejah our "server" dropped out food and didn't reappear until she had the bill.although we did ask for any extras at first, but we never had the opportunity to ask until almost done since she didn't come back. Home fried...

Great place! showed up with a party of 13 people without a call ahead. It was memorial day so they had been busy all morning. The hostess and host at the front door were so nice and welcoming. The host joked around with us to pass the time due to our wait. They said it could be a 20 min wait but it only turned into a 12 min wait with them hustling and doing everything they could to get us seated! Then the hostess had my dad go look at the seating to make sure it was okay before she sat us! Our waitress was great with an awesome attitude(dont remember her name but she was a short blonde women) my daughter didnt have a kids meal like all the other kids had and she made sure to still include her in the cookie you get with a kids meal. She said "that she wasn't going to exclude leah cause she is still a kid" (she is 11) That made my daughter's day! Before we left all 6 kids wanted to use the quarter machines and the gentlemen behind the counter(think he was the manager) was also very kind and gave me change to be able to give all the kids quarter's. All in all the service and food was amazing. We will most definitely be returning to give them...
