Nabibek Teracce — Hotel in Bukhara City

This Hotel is located right in the Old City Bukhara. My family of 10 stayed here over night and wish we had more days to spend in Bukhara. Hotel staff was extremely helpful with all of our needs. Hotel had a great breakfast for us in the morning. I would strongly recommend staying here while exploring Bukhara. I also would like to take moment and thank the Staff and the Management of this Hotel becuase they have reunited me with my Wedding Ring. I have lost my gold with diamonds ring in the room, i have searched for it with my wife and my kids and i thought i just lost it. Couple days after we were already back in USA i got a phone call that they found my ring and it was amazing cause of the centemental value. Thank you for reuniting me with my ring i really appreciate it. When ill travel back to Bukhara i will stay at this place again...

Hi, I arrived at 2.30am after a long trip and it turned out that the hotel was fully booked and my room did not exist. Women from the reception did not try to help; only what she said was “we are fully booked, You can come back tomorrow and we will see what is next". It was really strange and unprofessional behavior. I was disappointed, especially since they asked me about transfer etc, one day before. They knew about our arrival time and everything.

Thankfully one guy from another hotel helped us to find a new place which was in worse conditions (lack of terrace).

It should not be the situation when I book one hotel and I am forced to sleep in another one. My choice of hotel is due to some reasons.

Terrible experience. When we were about to go check in at Nabikek, the manager told us that there was no room left and they would eventually move us (5 people, 3 rooms) to a newer hotel that is even better than Nabikek. Issue number 1: we booked a transfer because we had several heavy suitcases and he showed up on foot at the designated time and place. Issue number 2: he tells us that Nabikek is all booked and so we follow him to the new hotel which is in a far worse position than the one booked.
