Horizon Front Beach Hotel Danang — Hotel in Đà Nẵng

Super friendly staff, was given 2nd floor but we didn't like the view and vibe of the room. So we asked and there was room available at the 7th floor so they gave it to us. Book the room with tables and chairs didn't have it on first day as they said it was broken but we got my replacement the next day. They used WhatsApp to communicate with us with is great and they notified us that they is room ready to check in early. Shower was small but amazing constant hot water available and strong strong pressure. Cleaning everyday and water is given. Clean environment. Yummy food just available downstairs and all around. 5 mins walk to the beach. WiFi is not too good so we have to go to Highland Coffee for it. AC was strong but some struggles at times but no complaints. Bedsheet and towel smells clean and nice. 7th floor View can see the ferries wheel of danang downtown. School just at the back of the hotel so it can get a little noisy during morning of weekdays but it is okay. We got to enjoy free live music by a nearby bar on Friday and weekends. Could be heard...

Cleanliness - Room is always cleaned. New towels always provided everyday. Location - The best! It’s located in a street where spas, pretty restaurants and cafes are near. The street is not a major road so it’s not noisy. And it is literally 3 minute walk to My Khe beach.Service - all the receptionists are very friendly. They speak good english too. When I checked-in late at night, they provided instructions. You can also extend for a very cheap price. I extended until 4pm but eventually decided to leave at 1:30. Was expecting better considering the reviews.

It was an ocean view room but can barely see the ocean at level 3 with a construction site right in front.

Room smells a little stale. Carpentry was broken and there was remaining hair.

The traffic was really noisy too! We had concerns about sleeping well.

The entire interior was a little dark and the lift quite rundown.

Receptionist was friendly and tried to help by offering to shift us to level 5 the next day.

We ended up going to Sontra Sea Hotel instead. Paying a little more it was so much better.
