LOUIS MO Apartment — Hotel in Đà Nẵng

Lovely apartment for my family of four (two adults and two children aged 6 and 10) we stayed on the 8th floor. It’s only 5 minutes from beach, plenty of places to eat or to have a massage.

Just like photo but more spacious with two separate bedrooms with air con and a large sofa. Two bathrooms, one with bath tub the other a shower. Just to note the shower does overflow so need to be careful, I just kept turning shower on and off.

Not many cutlery and cups. There isn’t a safe in the room, does have a plugin hair dryer. The Wi-Fi is hit and miss. There are plenty of cupboard space and hangers. TV with Netflix and YouTube kept my children happy.

There is a communal washer and dryer area in basement. Plenty of machines just note the dryers are above and washers below the shelf.

The area is fairly quiet but you do hear some outside noise, especially those with microphones on there bikes selling food all hours of the morning. We never heard noise with any of the guest in the other apartments.

Gym very small, no free weights but useable as there is a balcony to extend your workout beyond the space and a fan which is essential in the heat of Da nang.

We did not use the pool but it looked okay a little small as you would expect but nice addition.

All the staff are friendly and those I spoke to could understand English and one even helped to contact a vendor with regards to delivery of a dress I has made to order in Hoi An (would suggest you go back for fitting if your getting anything made to measure, as I will now need to make adjustments when I return home).

Highly recommend this apartment and would stay again...

We stayed in this hotel for over a month and this is our conclusion: The apartment was newly furnished, bright, clean and beautiful. We were on the 8th floor and were really happy to have found this apartment with AC and everything you need. Additional kitchen equipment was also available or was organized upon request. The apartment was cleaned every 3rd day by very friendly staff. ⁠The staff was super friendly. We felt like family. English was sufficient and we could really turn to the ladies at reception with any questions. ⁠Pool and gym were OK. The pool had to be cleaned more often but that's understandable with an outdoor pool. The gym is the only thing that could be improved as there are only 3 machines but that's understandable given the lack of space. ⁠The location was so good. We could reach everything on foot, whether it was the beach, external gym or coworking space. ⁠In summary: It was so worth staying in the Louis Mo apartment. The apartment was really fantastic and the staff super friendly, so we didn't want to leave. We will...

Would be happy to stay here again and would recommend to anyone traveling to, or living and working in, Đà Nẵng!

Pros: -we had a clean, modern, spacious 2 bedroom -lots of natural light for the daytime -blackout curtains for the nighttime -desks for work -safe -very friendly reception staff and owner (very quick to respond to any of our needs) -the location is perfect: it's very close to the beach (and to great western and Vietnamese restaurants and cafes), but it's not on a main street, so there's basically zero traffic noise -nice rooftop area with small pool (so great for enjoying a beautiful sunset)

Cons: -you are very close to a school, which can get a little noisy during parts of the day (they have some assemblies or something and play super loud music)... this is not actually so disruptive, but if your work requires complete silence, this could sometimes be an issue -there's one bar right down the street, and the sound seems to carry right up to our window.
