Lucia Hotel — Hotel in Đà Nẵng

HORRIBLE place to stay don’t waste your money here! I’ve decided to stay here based on booking.com reviews where there have almost 9.0 rating and it’s FAKE! I’ve also received a thank you email for my review which I DID NOT WRITE! Photos are from when the hotel was new which was long time ago. We’ve been “upgraded” to a “VIP” room upon arrival and if this was VIP I don’t wanna see the room we’ve originally booked. The shower had mold, curtains were dirty, windows dirty, floors dirty, window wasn’t able to close, we’ve asked for a laundry service and we were told it’s gonna be ready at 3pm. We came at 5 and it still wasn’t ready. They ruined one of my trousers and other clothes smelled like mold too. Room service is just on request otherwise they don’t clean or change towels or restock toilet paper. WiFi didn’t work at all. Terrible place don’t...

Be careful, it is dangerous to live in this hotel! We had a terrible experience staying in this hotel.

Not only is there mold on the walls and ceiling, which they are trying to paint over with white paint.

Moreover, one day there was a flood in the room. A pipe burst and flooded the entire sink, on which our things, gadgets, cosmetics were standing. And it flooded the floor in the room, where our suitcases and shoes were. Everything was wet, and the staff did not even apologize.

And what's more, they demanded a higher price for the last day of extension. And with a creak they gave a discount of 100 thousand dong.

Also, we almost had a short circuit in our room. The hotel hair dryer started smoking and melting the socket. It was very scary and dangerous. I do not recommend staying here, even if there is no...

I must highlight the service. The staff is so friendly that you feel at home from day 1. They have a positive attitude and disposition!

There are some details about the room, like the window won't close properly, and they improved a solution that is not precisely aesthetic. The kettle has a leak, so I had to be carefully of emptying it to prevent a mess… But if you consider the price, I think that Lucia Hotel is pretty competitive. I have stayed at more expensive hotels in Da Nang and there weren't that impressive, so I believe that Lucia offers a good quality-price in comparison.
