Hotel is nice looking, but that’s about it. The staff are very unfriendly!!
I stayed here for three nights in a Junior Suite with a balcony. The room itself was amazing and spotless, and the bath was beautiful — aside from the fact that the water wasn’t hot enough (I had to boil the kettle several times to get a good temperature). The tap also poured water directly onto the edge of the tub, causing it to run onto the floor. So had to take forever filling it from the showerhead.
Unfortunately, the staff were definitely not four-star standard. When I checked in, I stood waiting for about five minutes while the receptionist appeared busy (she was actually on her phone). I was handed my key but only told what floor breakfast was on, and I had to struggle with my own luggage to find my room. During my entire stay, not one staff member greeted me, smiled, or spoke to me — aside from one kind man in the elevator who actually said hello.
I rolled my ankle quite badly and needed ice, very politely asked for ice for an injury (this was 4pm) and the response I got was ‘restaurant closed, no ice’ Not a singlet ounce of concern or even a suggestion where to buy ice so off I hobbled.
The breakfast buffet was bland, limited, and rarely refilled. After trying it once, I didn’t bother eating there again. When I checked out, staff did agree to hold my luggage for the day, which I appreciated. However, when I returned to collect it, the receptionist ignored me again for several minutes while watching videos on her phone. She didn’t say goodbye, thank me for staying, or even smile — she actually looked annoyed that I was there preventing her video viewing pleasure.
I work in customer service myself, and if I treated customers this way, I wouldn’t have a job. It’s such a shame because the hotel itself is beautiful, but the staff’s attitude completely ruined the experience.
I also want to mention that I tried to find an email address to contact the hotel directly before posting this review, as I would have preferred to give my feedback privately — but every email I found bounced back.
If you want a lovely looking hotel but poor service and food book here. Otherwise, I’d recommend staying somewhere that values its guests. For what I paid it definitely...

They even don't provides Beach towels as the hotel is near the beach. We had to used our Bathrooms towels for it. ||If you going to excursion and bring one face towel with you , you will get at your return to your room a nice letter from the House keeping manager said you're missing a towel and you will get charge for it !! WTF .. This is 4 stars Services ??? ||About House Keeping staff who knock your door at 7 -8 am to ask you if they can clean the room ?? WTF !! Do they even look the sign, Don't disturd on the handle ??||Again about this House keeping Staff who are screaming and slam doors in corridors. They even don't try to be quiet as much as possible. ||||The Hotel suppose to have 2 bars, 1 pool and 1 in lobby ! Don't expect to get a drink at all. Bars always closed ! And doesn't matter for me if it's low season !! We talk about 4 stars service .. Very poor .. ||||Breakfast proposes diversity but the coffee is horrible. ||Mini Bar never refilled ... Sad for 4 Stars services !!||||The best is on our last morning, the receptionist call the room at 7 am to ask at what time we will check out !!! Wow .. I guess the hotel doesn't know what mean vacation and relax time.||Management need to improve and provide training to the staffs, is look like they don't have any clue about what is a 4 stars service.|||| Hotel too noisy, bar services ... Read moreDo not stay here!!!!! Where to start…. Booked this stay for a relaxing night as my sister was sick and needed some quiet down time. The property advertised a spa and sauna and wellness centre as well as a pool bar… all these things are not available at the hotel. There is heavy construction happening next door so no way to have a peaceful swim in the pool throughout the day and very loud in the room even though we where on the top floor. The tv in the rooms do not have any English speaking channels or cable as advertised. The staff where extremely unhelpful when I tried to speak to them about the issues. No discount offered for false advertising only an offer to leave the hotel and still pay for 30% of the booking even though we had only been there less then an hour but my sister was sick so we could not move on. For what you pay you can get much better accommodation in the area with much better amenities. We stayed at a hotel for half the price a night before and had a much better experience. By far the worst stay we have had on our trip to Vietnam. The room was nice enough with a view of the ocean but it did not make up for the lack of atmosphere or care by the staff. Very disappointing, do not stay here. They only care about the money and no apology was given at any point. I don’t usually leave bad reviews so if you are reading this, know I am very serious. 2/10...
