Fantastic Food and Fabulous Service at Hotel Chiclang

I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional cuisine and outstanding service. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and attended to my every need.

The hotel's restaurant was an absolute delight. The menu featured a mouthwatering selection of authentic Vietnamese dishes, each one more delectable than the last.

What truly made my dining experience exceptional, however, was the service provided by Ann, one of the restaurant's servers. Ann greeted me with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. Her attentiveness and professionalism were truly outstanding.

But the fantastic food and excellent service didn't stop there. The hotel's housekeeping staff also deserves a special mention. My room was impeccably clean and well-appointed, and the turndown service in the evenings was a lovely touch that made me feel truly pampered.

Overall, my stay at this Hotel was an absolute delight. The delicious cuisine, the exceptional service, and the warm and welcoming atmosphere all combined to create a truly memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vietnam, and I can't wait to return for...

I recently dined at Tra House, and unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. Despite the restaurant being almost empty, I had to wait 40 minutes for a small order—two spring rolls (one fresh, one fried) and three mini skewers. To top it off, the cheesecake I ordered as dessert was frozen, which only added to the frustration. The flavors were bland and monotonous, and the so-called passion fruit was undetectable. While the ambiance was pleasant, the air conditioning blasting on a mild 19-degree evening seemed unnecessary and uncomfortable. Given the service speed and food quality, it’s no surprise that the hotel itself has lost a star since my last visit five years ago.

This is one of the nicest hotels on this side of Da Nang. The greenery growing on each balcony makes this hotel visually unique and helps it to stand apart from the other hotel buildings. On the inside it's just as nice without being over the top. The staff are super nice and friendly around here. The gym facility is smallish but if you really need to fit in a work out it's pretty good. The washroom/shower facilities are super modern, no shortage of hot water, and the water pressure is crazy good. Would probably come back here again when I eventually do come...
