We were totally disappointed by this hotel's management in lacking of generosity to its staff and clients. We were attracted by this hotel's outlook when we visited Danang My Khe beach in June. Therefore, we asked the hotel to arrange a room tour for us. When the hotel staff showed us the apartment with sea view balcony, and told us that the hotel will offer a Nespresso coffee machine with Nespresso coffee capsules exclusively for guests in the apartment, we knew that we shall stay in this hotel for our next trip to Danang in July. We stayed 2 nights in the apartment with sea view balcony for our July trip in Danang. We have no complaint about the room except the water sometimes hot and sometimes cold when taking shower and my wife was bitten by mosquito in hotel's restaurant, spa and room. However, when we checked out, I was informed the coffee capsules that we consumed in the room were charged to my bill. I told the staff I refused to pay the coffee capsules because no one told me that they were not complimentary. After consulting the manager, the staff agreed to cancel the payment of the coffee capsules, so we settled the meal and spa expenses and checked out. Then, we left our luggage in the hotel and went out for lunch. When we came back to the hotel to take the luggage, a staff came to me and asked me to pay the coffee capsules again. I was so confused as all the bills were settled and we had already checked out. Therefore, I asked to talk to the manager. The manager kept asking me to pay the coffee capsules and she said that because no staff told me the coffee capsule were not complimentary, the staff involving the room tour and my check-in would be responsible for paying the coffee capsule as punishment if I refuse to pay. I was a bit angry and told the manager that if someone has to bear the cost, it should be the management of the hotel. If the hotel is so lacking of generosity to offer coffee machine without coffee capsule as complimentary, the price of the coffee capsule should be clearly indicated on the box of the coffee capsule. How could the manager use the welfare of the subordinates to threat the hotel guest to pay the bill? I didn't like to be threatened, so we left the hotel with our luggage without paying the coffee capsule even though it was a small amount. We like the room and the beautiful outlook of this hotel, and we initially planned to stay in this hotel again in our next trip to Danang in Sep. Read moreHonest Review 👇🏻👇🏻 The Good Parts: Location was great — just cross the road and you’re at the beach. I booked the apartment-style unit for my family with 2 bedrooms and 1 living room, and everything was comfortable and well-kept. Housekeeping was excellent throughout my stay — they even mopped the floor and neatly arranged my things, which was a really nice surprise to come back to. The receptionist on the ground floor was also kind and helpful.
The gym is fairly well-equipped — you can do dumbbell workouts, use cardio machines, and there’s a cable machine too. Some yoga mats are available as well.
There were a few good cafes and restaurants within 15 mins walking distance. For coffee I recommend Lighthouse, it's really good 😊
The Not-So-Good Parts: Do note that the hotel next door has live bands or loud music playing until slightly past midnight — you can hear it clearly from the room, so not ideal for light sleepers.
Most of the lobby receptionists were quite arrogant. Not sure if it’s because they can speak English, but their attitude really wasn’t great. One lady, in particular, looked annoyed and completely ignored me after keeping me waiting — even when I was giving constructive feedback. She just switched to speaking Vietnamese right in front of me, which was pretty rude. Honestly, I doubt the team will improve even though they keep promising to do so in replies to bad reviews. But to be fair, every other staff member (housekeeping, ground floor receptionist, etc.) was friendly and helpful — so that’s worth mentioning.
Breakfast was disappointing — limited options and average quality. I stopped eating it after 2 days.
The swimming pool is tiny, and the rooftop area is really limited too — not worth going up for a swim.
Overall: Would still consider coming back for the location and housekeeping, but really hope the lobby receptionists get replaced or trained better by...

Water in the pool is muddy. It’s my 3rd time visit here and it wasn’t like this before. Requested turning on the water circulator in the pool but they said they only turn it on once a day at 5pm. What about people using pool in the daytime then? This hotel seems to be a full house. Many people use pool and they sweat jump in the water plus it’s scorching hot on top of the building. Doesn’t that make sense to you?
I was requested to review the breakfast by the manager. The most impressive was.. The old lady at the egg section who seems quite a boss there looks always angry and responded with a long face. Maybe still too early to work for her? No clue. No matter what the reasons behind plz avoid that attitude. I still remember her angry face because I saw that face every morning when requesting for omelette.
I found some ants on my bed so requested for a housekeeping.
The drain in the shower totally failed and the water overflowed, but I didn’t ask for any follow up.
Noise issue, if you’re willing to stay here, plz avoid 20th floor right under the swimming pool.
Finally check out, well the reception didn’t have any greetings like how was my stay for 4 nights there. They just asked me to wait til the room check’s done and ask for my sign on the canceled deposit receipt. That’s it. Farewell! Thank you for your service!
