Orchide'es Ocean Hotel — Hotel in Đà Nẵng

We were sent here from another hotel because the room we booked online wasn’t available due to electrical problems. Once we arrived to the room we were greeted by roaches. We went downstairs to complain and were told this was the only room available and they would clean it. We went to dinner when we returned we found more roaches in the room. As I was looking through the room I noticed a couple of roaches crawling out of the bed as well. We went downstairs to get our money back and the guy only gave us back 2/3 of our money because he said we used the room for 2 hours but we didn’t.

The hallways and elevator had a weird smell as well. Would not recommend anyone to stay...

Not sure why the rest of the reviews shared so many positives. Suspect that they Could be fake reviews since they were posted all within the same time.

Pro: check in was easy

Cons weird dingy smell along the corridors to our room. The corridor is tight , and windowless, abit scary. baby cockroaches appeared on our first night! WiFi is really bad! Hardly working so we used our data a lot location is pretty off from the centre. Have to grab a lot. went to the rooftop bar through a scary stairs. And they were dark, doesn’t seem to be working.

Not coming...

Khách sạn xinh đẹp, sạch sẽ, phù hợp với nhu cầu về vị trí và giá rẻ. Nhân viên thân thiện, nhiệt tình. Vị trí khách sạn rất thuận tiện đi lại. Đi bộ vài bước là đến biển, nằm trên trục đường đông đúc, tập nập. Mình bước chân xuống sảnh là quán chè Liên ăn rất ngon, đa dạng các loại thức uống vừa ngon, vừa rẻ. Đặc biệt ấn tượng với anh quản lý khách sạn rất nhiệt tình. Anh vừa hỗ trợ gọi xe, tư vấn ăn uống, vừa giúp đoàn đặt chè Liên mang về làm quà. Mình nhất định sẽ quay trở lại Orchide Ocean Hotel khi...
