We found out about this highly rated new hotel from google map and booked it through Agoda with some deals.
Initially we didn’t expect much since the room type available that time was not ideal (Junior suite with balcony) and the hotel didn’t seem to have in-house breakfast options when we booked it.
Then the experience and the interactions with their staff totally changed our perspective. The service provided throughout our stay is just amazing, they sent emails before checkin and asked about estimated time of arrival, checked us in quickly with fresh towels and fruits refreshments, took care of our luggage and announced the grand opening of their breakfast kitchen on the 12/F and most surprisingly, in a pleasant way, offered us breakfast for FREE!
We were already impressed by the hospitality of the staff at that point. Yet the story just began. The quality of the buffet breakfast was superb, even though they don’t have a huge selection of food like a 5 star hotel yet, the beef pho to order is definitely worth trying (the best pho in Vietnam, personally speaking) and there is still a variety of western/local dishes to offer. I could never imagine having such quality breakfast for free.
On top of that, we were a bit annoyed by the midnight and morning noises from the neighbouring bars and motorcycles since we first stayed on the 3rd floor facing the street. The feedback was taken seriously by the staff and their managers, who really went above and beyond to move and upgrade us to a more spacious suite with bathtub on the 6th floor. They would show you the new room, ask for confirmation before the moving and again took good care of your luggage. I don’t believe you can easily get this level of attention and excellent service anywhere else, even in a proper 5S hotel.
Overall it just feels like the staffs are working like a family and collectively aim to provide the best possible experience to their guests. Will come back for my next visit to Hanoi and recommend to...
Read moreL’Signature made our 5 night stay in Hanoi very special and memorable! They went above and beyond what we expected of any hotel. The hotel is modern and new which makes it a clean and comfortable stay- the beds were very comfortable. The location is so convenient- close to all of the main attractions and lots of restaurants to choose from. The breakfast buffet is delicious providing a variety of fresh food, juices and fruits (asian and western) and there is a new dish everyday. The chef and the dinning staff out does themselves and provides amazing service everyday , they were friendly, accommodating and professional!
This hotel’s customer service is amazing and on another level that we have experienced they go above and beyond any other hotel we have stayed at (main chain and boutique). From the moment we entered to the moment we left, exceptional service! Every single one of their staff is outstanding (front desk and all in between!) they are welcoming, accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They provided amazing restaurant recommendations no matter what we were in the mood for - all great local restaurants close by and they were affordable and delicious. Not one bad recommendation which took the hassle out of guessing and researching. They also provided recommendations and information on the tourist sites to visit.
Leo and the customer service team (Celine and the other colleagues) were so amazing in making sure that we were taken care of and available for any questions we may have. They helped us organize a great private local food tour that can’t be missed. And also helped us book and exceptional 6 star luxury cruise in Han Long Bay (2day 1 night) with Elite of the Seas, which was the absolute highlight of our vacation and it’s a must have experience! We can’t wait to go again!

Read moreThe construction noise started at 7 AM in the morning. The vibration from the drilling echoed through the walls, shaking the entire room. Since I had specifically requested a quiet room, most of the other guests might be experiencing the same thing. The noise continued throughout the day, but I was not informed of any construction work either when I booked the hotel or when I checked in.
Above all, the hotel staff's lack of professionalism is disappointing. I booked the room through Agoda using the more expensive Agoda Special Offer, which included benefits such as a free room upgrade, early check-in, and late check-out. After checking in, I realized that the upgrade had not been applied, so I informed the hotel staff of my reservation details. However, the staff member responded that they could not upgrade my room because they were fully booked, and explained that "all special requests are subject to availability upon arrival." It is unbelievable that the hotel staff could not distinguish between special requests and benefits! When I continued to complaint, the staff member called the hotel manager, but the manager's response was simply to "talk about it again tomorrow morning."
The next morning, the manager offered me three options: Move to a new room. or 2. Have a late check-out. or 3. Receive airport transportation (private car) for $10. However, options 1 and 2 are already included in the benefits I paid for. The manager clearly does not understand what benefits they are supposed to provide to their customers. Furthermore, I had already booked an airport taxi for $10.
