I recently had the pleasure of dining at MIAs restaurant in Hanoi, and I can't help but rave about the exceptional experience I had. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality, setting the tone for an incredible evening.

The food at MIASs was nothing short of spectacular. Each dish was a masterpiece of flavors, textures, and presentation. It's evident that the chefs at this establishment are truly passionate about their craft. From the first bite to the last, I was continuously amazed at the quality and creativity of the cuisine.

What truly set this dining experience apart was the exceptional service provided by our server Smilynh, she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. What truly impressed me was her knowledge and enthusiasm about the menu. Smilynh not only took our orders but also took the time to explain each dish, its ingredients, and how it was prepared. This made our dining experience all the more enjoyable and educational. It's rare to find a server who is not only attentive but also genuinely passionate about the food they serve.

In addition to the wonderful food and knowledgeable server, the ambiance of MIAs was perfect for a memorable evening. The decor was tasteful, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. It was the ideal setting for a romantic date night or a special celebration.

MIA’s – The Best Restaurant in Hanoi, Vietnam!

Without a doubt, MIA’s is the best restaurant I’ve visited in Hanoi, Vietnam. It offers an incredible variety of traditional Vietnamese dishes, representing flavors from the north to the south of the country.

From the moment we walked in, the service was exceptional. We were warmly greeted, and our entire dining experience was hosted by Emma, who was incredibly friendly, enthusiastic, and passionate about her job. She expertly explained each dish, making us feel truly welcome.

The interior design is another highlight—cozy yet elegant, maintaining the refined standards of fine dining. The space is immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and adorned with traditional Vietnamese artwork and decor.

The menu is thoughtfully crafted, with dishes organized by region and even featuring a map on the opening page to showcase local specialties. We started with the spring roll platter, which offered a delicious variety—each one was amazing. For our main courses, we had the Bún Chả, which was absolutely delicious and possibly the best I’ve had in Vietnam. The ingredients were fresh, and the flavors were perfectly balanced. I also highly recommend the beef steak—it was tender, juicy, and worth every penny!

MIAS is a true gem for Vietnamese food lovers! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm and attentive service, and our waiter, Dan, went above and beyond to make the experience special. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made excellent recommendations, adding a personal touch to the evening.

The food was out of this world! I started with the spring rolls—crispy, fresh, and absolutely packed with flavour. But the standout was definitely the Bun Cha. It’s hands-down my favourite Bun Cha I’ve ever had! The pork was tender and juicy, perfectly complemented by the fresh herbs and vermicelli, creating a balance of flavours that was just heavenly.

The Bahn Mi was another highlight, with a perfectly crusty baguette, vibrant veggies, and savoury fillings that made every bite a joy. I also tried the slow-cooked chicken, which was beautifully tender and rich in flavour—a truly comforting dish. To wrap up the meal, I had two desserts, each a delightful way to end such an incredible dining experience.

If you’re after authentic Vietnamese cuisine with a welcoming atmosphere, MIAS is the place to be. Huge thanks to Dan for making the night so memorable. I’ll definitely be back to explore more of this...
