Green Island Villa Hoi An — Hotel in Hội An

Dear all tourists, all you should do is to never book this villa as it will ruin your holiday by many ways. I am local person but I cannot compromise their actions as they disgraceful to our country an Hoi An tourism.||I would like to share my experience and their cheating activities in details. The villa will always sell on booking with attractive price, no payment conditions and nice photos. Once you book their room, they take care of you by message and call regularly, so that you never feel any upcoming incidents. But when you arrive the villa, they rudely welcome and say your room was sold to others. They blame that you did not pay them in advance. It is only their cheating reason as during your chat prior to your arrival, they did not mention about payment or room status. Their purpose is to lead you to another cheating option. They will ask to send you to another villa (worse conditions and smaller) and ask for double price compared to its price on booking. They stage with the owner of this villa to push you pay as if all the rooms in Hoian are sold out. They are trying to put you in a situation that you have to pay more, otherwise, you have nowhere to stay. If you do not agree, they rudely scold and chase you away. The person contacts via message, phone (+84772448010) and the receptionist guy are all rude and immoral once they feel they cannot get more money from you. They turn their face quickly and blame the guests regardless all is their faults. If this is happened to the tourists paid in advance, with language barrier and anxiousty at new place, the situation can be extremelly dissapointed.||The villa will cancel on booking by themselves with reason of no show and say that they will charge on your credit card. They blame their guests by all kinds regardless guests are their victims. Do not trust their explanation, it is the play they have performed many times to cheat people.||I hope my message can help other guests from dispoiting and losing money for such kind of service.||Hoi An is a very beautiful destination and there are plenty of trustworthy accommodations for tourists. This is only "one bad apple" that should be boycotted to make our Hoi An more attractive to...

We had a lovely time at Green Island Villa. The owners are what make this place so great. They are so lovely and nothing is too much to ask. They made us breakfast each morning which we chose the night before. We had our eggs a different way each morning - every time was delicious and made with love! The rooms are big with comfortable beds, aircon and hot water. We loved that the balcony overlooked the pool. The pool was clean and well maintained. It was so nice coming back for a swim after a hot day walking around the city! The location is great. Only a 10 minute walk to the city centre or 5 minutes on the free bikes (which are in great condition). We stayed for 5 nights and would have loved to stay longer but unfortunately the Coronavirus forced us to cut our trip short. We will 100% be back to Hoi An and will be staying at Green Island...

We stayed here for over 3 weeks and I'm very pleased with our stay. The rooms are very nice, there is a swimming pool and the place is very good for relaxing. You have to walk some 15 minutes to the center of Hoi An but this makes the place not as noisy as the town center. Make sure to ask the hostess for the shortcut which is a smaller road by the river, as this will save time. I must emphasize how well we were treated by our hostess which basically treated us as Family and was always making sure everything was alright. She was incredibly helpful and kind to us. Also, as the property is family run, they also have the children and other family members around which made it so welcoming. I would definitively recommend and give thanks to the hostess / owner...
