It was our first time in Saigon, and staying at M Village made it extra special.

Check-in was such a breeze. We arrived around 10 a.m., and check-in was at 2 p.m., but they informed us that our room was already available and they'd already allowed us to check in. The room was very nice—all clean and made up (and just like the photos 🤍). The whole place exudes such a vibe and is just great. We enjoyed having snacks and doing the laundry on the rooftop.

The service was excellent; all the staff were friendly and polite. We also want to commend Ut; she was very welcoming and warm. She assisted us in the best way she could (asked for restaurants for recommendations, and she provided us with a list). We never had a problem communicating with her, as she was good at speaking English. Also, just to mention, they surprised me with a bouquet of flowers with a special birthday message. I really appreciate it.

Location is a plus! It’s near all the tourist spots and good restaurants. We didn’t have a hard time going around.

Our stay was excellent, and we have to stay another night in this hotel. They even helped us move our things from another room so we could spend more time enjoying Saigon. Every dollar spent was totally worth it. No doubt. Thank you, MVillage team! ❤️

Best place to stay if you are coming in town! The price can be a bit pricey if you are thinking of comparing this beautiful hut with other big hotel. I don't know but It was okay. The staff was friendly and very helpful from the beginning till the end. I was not sure how much they would charge me and i am afraid i got no room too since It was X'mas and we just decided to travel a few days before. I tried calling them and asked about their surplus policy. I am not used to travel in a 3 people group and their room seem to have strict policy on occupants. I also experienced this when I was in KK hotel in Sapa. The first international phone call was useless as they said they don't speak english, but a few minutes later, they texted me via my Whatsapp. seem like they found out that i was also on whatsapp and decided to text me and asked if there is anything i need help from. We texted and they were helpful in explaining. I was okay to sleep on the floor but there was a room that has sofar in it, just it was booked.

In the room, we really like the design. The bathroom can be improved with glassed-area for shower. The rooftop was also nice but I don't feel much activities happening. I think it will improve...
