We spending 2 nights here and were with a tour group of about 20 people. We were staying in room #804. When we first arrived we were somewhat okay with the room. Minus a few things but we figured it was only 2 nights. There was only one key per room and it was on a large key chain. Check in went quickly but the front staff wasn’t overly friendly or helpful. || ||The room is appealing to look at quickly but has a lot of down falls. Had to bang on the AC unit to get it to work after many attempts to do it with the remote. It was being held together with tape. There was a Queen bed with thin double comforter so it doesn’t fully cover 2 adults. We requested another blanket even an extra sheet would do. They do not have any extras. So those must not be getting washed. GROSS! If you do decide to stay there the Bed is a medium firm. But is nothing special. There were these little ants everywhere. The only good thing is they didn't seem to bite. Wifi was horrible. They had a different code per floor and the router was just outside our room and I still couldn’t even get on Facebook. There was one elevator and I believe 9 floors (breakfast was on the top floor). It was always so busy. Each room included breakfast and 2 bottles of water. ||||We went out all day and returned around 8pm on the second night. When we came back our room & bathroom had lots of large rodent poop and pee in it (#804) even on our bed.GROSS! We had left out one pack of cookies sealed on the counter and they managed to find them. Which we were never warned you couldn’t leave food out or shouldn’t have food in the rooms. But I guess that would have sent up a red flag. The more we looked around for evidence the more we started to notice it. Yes, they switched us rooms but really how would you feel knowing they are rodents running through the rooms and over your bed. Especially when other members of your group had been changing rooms due to bed bugs. I was out of that room so quickly I didn't even think to take pictures of it all. Our tour guide did come in and see it.Same with the ones who had bed bugs.||||We were on a tour of 20 people. So there was 11 rooms due to a few singles. One couple switched rooms 3 times. The first 2 were infested with bed bugs and the 3rd one was fine. Another single had to switch rooms twice due to bed bugs .Everyone complained about the ants in their room including us. They were everywhere. ||||The next day at check out they tried to charge me for the 2 bottles of water that we had taken from the first room (which we never drank). I just flashed her are you kidding me look and they were covered. |||| Wouldn’t recommend staying here even if it was the last hotel in Ho...
Read moreI unfortunately booked four nights here for my stay in Ho Chi Minh city. ||Upon arrival in the early hours I had to wake the two sleeping receptionist staff, one out for the count on a sofa and the other slumped over the reception desk. ||After eventually sorting paperwork and recieving my room key (their English is very poor) I made my way to my room. ||||The room was terrible, I wasn't expecting too much but this was abysmal. It required a deep clean but total redecoration will be more appropriate.||The window could not be closed as the latch was broken, toilet seat broken, dirty stains all over the bath. I had a shower and it nearly flooded the bathroom floor. ||The other reviews on here about the bugs are true. There were little mites/bugs everywhere. ||||I didn't stick around. I needed a few hours sleep after a long journey after being awake for so long but by midday I checked out. ||There was no questioning as to why I was checking out so soon as I'd made a booking for four nights. I was just happy to get out of there. ||||It's rare I write a review but I need to warn others of this place. Do yourselves a favour and find alternative...
Read moreRooms are old, bed is hard, bedsheets are not so clean and had bites when I woke up next morning.||||Breakfast has poor selection but noodles, egg and their Vietnamese coffee will do to start your day. ||||When we arrived that night, we asked the guy staff whom assisted us in our luggage where the nearest money exchange is. He replied all are closed that time (11pm) but if he can exchange our money for us. (USD to VND is 1 - 22,800) but he said he can only exchange 22,000 which we said no way and he said he can make it 22,200. He even brought us to another hotel at the back and talked to reception in their language about the exchange, same price. I asked if they can provide receipt but they dont. We went outside luckily we were able to exchange USD1 - VDN22,800. Obviously this staff wants extra money.||||We got grab, it was raining and they dont even have umbrella in the whole hotel. Staff are not...
