Level Saigon Hotel — Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City

Overall, if you’re on a budget, then this hotel fits the bill! We stayed in Sept 2025. And this is an authentic review (w/o the current trend of receiving freebies by giving away 5-stars review). Why u shld stay at Level?

1. Clean - bathroom, towels & sheets
2. shower pressure is good
3. customer service speaks English
4. No issue with the lift (only 1 for all 8 floors) DONT STAY if you
5. don’t enjoy walking - this hotel is 10 mins fast walk to Ben Tanh
6. cant stand the noise - there is construction next door. Constant knocking from 730am - 5pm. The front desks just offer an apology.
7. don’t enjoy a small compact room - basic 2-stars amenities NOTE:
8. Make sure you ask which water bottles are FREE! Upon check-out, we were told that we drank the mini bar water bottles. BUT our mini bar had no water bottles but our room had water bottles and were told upon check-in that they were FREE.

Stayed for a night. Staff was very accommodating and friendly, especially staff Eirian. Assisted us with looking over our luggage while we went out for lunch. The room was spacious and clean. Had all the necessary needed for a hotel room. There are plenty of shops below. A cafe below. Also a nail and massage place with the hotel. Many places to eat and massage within walking distance. My business trip in Saigon was exceptionally successful and exceeded all expectations while spending our 2-night stay with my colleague at Level Saigon Hotel.
