Two waitresses of this place sparked passive aggressive envy and hostility with my sister when we were ordering here.
We ordered two vietnamese coffee like usual cause we had been here before, this time the waitress who took order from my sister saw us drove by with a car, she immediately sparked hostility with angry-looking eyes at us along with another waitress, then later they gossiped, I can see from the outside looking in, also sensed the hostility from one of the girls cause she gave us a look from top to bottom along with switching her eyes to the car we drove by. And I know for sure it is envy, later, when we drank the coffee, it was so little, the cup had so much ice. The ice was filled to all way to the top but the coffee only made up to 1/3 of the cup.
Both of the drinks were so little, the drinks weren't even measured up to half a cup, I took two tiny sips and its all gone, and I knew immediately it was those 2 waitresses that were behind this.
Regardless of what it is, giving customers drinks that didn't make up to half a cup but with full ice inside is an extremely unprofessional business practice, especially coming from one of my favorite coffee shops in Vietnam, I always come here whenever I visit.
Hopefully, in the future, the store will practice and ensure the employees to keep their manners & mind in their own businesses instead of being petty and childish, I don't think it's a good business practice to let your own employees being spiteful and passive aggressive towards customers while...

Location/Scenes: Its location at a corner of two roads makes it easy to spot. There were many locals when I visited--almost full when they occupied the seats just in front--could it be that their coffee is really good?
Menu: They had quite a decent menu of different coffee types. I got their Viet-Cano (Americano) which was really very good. It's smooth, not too acidic, and felt soft on the palette.
Coffee merch: I got some of their coffee gifts too--their instant brown, and coconut ones--which I thought were priced very reasonably.
Service: I thought the service was very good, although there were a couple of hiccups due to miscommunication--likely because of language barrier, but I must say that the staff were quick to fix, very helpful and friendly.
Tips: If you're coming here (1) try to get a seat by the storefront for local experience, (2) get their Viet-Cano if you're into simple americano or their highly acclaimed coconut coffee, (3) check out their gifts, (4) take some photos in its communist interior decor, (5) take seats upstairs if roadside isn't your thing but just be careful of the steps area cos it's...
Read moreI love my coffee very hot. Unfortunately, in most of the places here, unlike Hanoi, they tend to serve only iced or if they serve hot .... it's usually room temperature, not very hot. So I use translator app 😆
Bạn có thể pha cho tôi một cốc cà phê thật nóng được không?
I used the translator app to order HOT 🔥 😆
The customer service was excellent here. They made the coffee really hot for me, as requested, and it was delicious. And they have seating outside as well as upstairs. It's a beautiful place with very good coffee.
I believe their most popular item on the menu is coconut coffee, which I haven't tried yet, which means I'm definitely going back. I would go back just for the coffee I had today. It's just a great place and a nice vibe. It has an excellent following by the customers. And it is well deserved and also an interesting place overall. I would highly recommend it, you give it a shot and see for yourself.... How nice...
