Mat Trang Luna Hotel — Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City

I was looking for a spa where I could relax and chill. After having read that they have a gym & spa, I was already convinced to book this hotel. Furthermore, I read the location is very central and the photos of the room looked good enough.||At my arrival I was shocked! This hotel is located in the loudest street I have ever been to!|Masseuses have tried to cheat me on the price for body massages, and moreover massages were orribile. They annoyingly insisted on giving me ‘extra service’ every time I passed by. Masseuses are very touchy and a gentle refusal of their services didn’t do the trick, I had to explicitly and rudely tell them I was not looking for such service to keep them away!||The room was ok, but in 3 days I have been there they never cleaned my room.|Sleeping at night was a challenge. Music from the street was so loud that it would be hard even to have a conversation with someone else!|I asked the reception to wake me up at a certain time in the morning, and one day they just simply forgot to!||The gym was the only pro. Pretty basic, and always empty, but loud too!||I paid 1,650,000 VTD (~71 USD) for 3 nights, and I believe I definitely could have got a better deal and a better hotel somewhere else.||If you are a young & wild party animal who is staying up every night until sunrise, then this place may be enjoyable for you. |If that is not the case,...

Fairly clean, tiny rooms and not professional but helpful personnel.
