Gardenia Hue Hotel — Hotel in Hue City

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Gadernia Hue Hotel, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience overall. Upon check-in, we were assigned a room on the 6th floor, and to our dismay, the air conditioning was broken and extremely noisy. We requested a room change and were relocated to the 8th floor. However, the Wi-Fi in the room on the 8th floor was incredibly weak, making it impossible to connect with our phones and access the internet. The room itself appeared aged and worn out, and the bath towels provided were discolored and worn. To make matters worse, the room had a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke. It was evident that the room had not been properly cleaned or aired out, which greatly affected our comfort and made the stay unpleasant. Additionally, the in-room safe was also faulty and unusable. It was disappointing to encounter these issues, as we expected a higher level of quality and service.

Another inconvenience was the absence of an iron and ironing board in the room. When we contacted the front desk to request an iron, we were informed that the hotel did not provide this amenity and suggested that we use their laundry service at an additional cost.

Overall, our stay at this hotel was marred by numerous issues, including malfunctioning air conditioning, weak Wi-Fi, worn-out amenities, and the lack of basic facilities such as an iron, toothbrushes. These problems greatly affected our comfort and convenience during our stay.
