Hue Full House Homestay — Hotel in Hue City

This is a cute small homestay with only 5 rooms. There is one, the 101, close to the kitchen where breakfast is prepared, on the ground floor. Then 2 rooms in each floor going up the stairs. We stayed 2 nights on the top floor (the 2°) as Ana gave us an upgrade to a bigger family room, the last night we moved to the 1st floor in a standard double room. Both rooms we tried where really big and comfortable, the beds where good and the bathroom of the family room is really huge! There is a fridge, kettle, AC and fan which are necessary in the hot days! Breakfast is cooked every morning and serve at the entrance of the homestay at the tables you can see in the picture. Breakfast is simple, some fuel to start the day. Position is really convenient to go explore the surroundings area like the riverside, but we rented a scooter just at the end of the road for 120k dong a day which was necessary to go explore the beaches. Ana was a really nice host and we will be forever thankful to the fact that she let us keep the luggage until night time (we needed to catch a late bus) and even get a refreshing shower when we got back to pick them up. Booked this place via an online site and were expecting a king room with a balcony. The staff were helpful when booking a taxi from the airport (probably didnt need to organise through them though). When we turned up to stay, the guesthouse was closed up and we were guided to the hotel next door. The lady serving us was very lovely and friendly, but about 30min after she was dealing with our passport, trying to sell us tours...she told us that the room was no longer available. BUT they had a room in a different hotel.... which was empty and had a strange "body spa" vibe to it.

We spent 3 nights there and we were very satisfied about our stay. The room was clean and well equipped, with a table, two chairs and two mirrors. The bed was comfortable and the shower excellent. A big plus was the fact that the nights were very silent, in spite of the fact that the homestay was located in a neighborhood full of restaurants and night clubs. So, we slept very well.
