Great little home stay in Hue!
We were picked up by the proprietor at the station and taken to the hotel, secluded through several (clean!) alleyways along the river.
The home stay itself has 4 amazing little cabins with rich, clean decor, comfortable beds and excellent bathrooms. With cream and wood colors, it is a calming place to be and has all the amenities of a great hotel without the industrial feel.
Outside is a garden with plenty of seating for playing games, chatting or having a coffee, beer or soda while watching butterflies dance and hearing the many songbirds sing to the background sounds of the bustling city. Breakfast has a varied menu, everything from pancakes and sandwiches to fried rice and noodles cooked to order and enjoyed outside or in the small restaurant overseeing the entire place.
Staff is extremely friendly and attentive. Every detail is cared for on site, and if you want to go places, they will help with advice, guides and for longer trips or when leaving, they can assist in finding transportation, including cheap, private guides all the...

Read moreThis was an amazing hotel! We spent one night in Hue to see the Imperial City. We hired a van (we’re a family of 4) with Hoi A transport and they drove us from an Anbang beach to Hue over the Hai Van pass. The Hue riverside villa was a little tricky to find, down a very narrow alley way but our driver with Hoi A transport navigated it no problem! The location was excellent because it was tucked away from the noise and had a beautiful view of the river! This was hands down the most beautified and modern room we’ve stayed in during our trip to Vietnam. We had a two bedroom and it was small, but impeccably clean and fresh! The breakfast was good. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. In the end we would have loved to stay on Hue a few more days to take advantage of this nice accommodation. Our kids were especially excited that both rooms had smart TVs with access to Netflix and YouTube which we hadn’t had in any other rooms or airbnbs. We would highly recommend this villa. Sorry our stay was so short I didn’t...
