It's just a wonderful place! The best hotel in the city for budget travelers! All rooms are clean, the bed linen is new, the rooms are equipped with air conditioning and a fan, and even a refrigerator and a large TV. Hot water and toiletries are provided. The cheapest rooms are without windows, but this does not affect the quality of accommodation and service in any way! A delicious and nutritious breakfast (you can choose a dish from the menu) is included in the price - from 7 to 10 a.m., and coffee/tea is FREE! There is also a cooler with free drinking water (cold/hot and room temperature) downstairs! The two beautiful women who run this place are very kind, funny and helpful, and they also speak excellent English. My bag broke and I asked for a needle and Thread, but a lovely, kind woman sewed my bag on her own, like a true professional! Unexpected and excellent service! I am very grateful to her for her help! Among other things, the hotel building itself is a villa, very interesting and unusual! Very beautiful interior style! Among other things, the fourth floor has access to the roof, which offers a magnificent view of the city, especially in the evening, when you can watch the sunset! It's a great place to stop and explore the city. There are also dormitories here that are very cheap - however, they also have air conditioning, a fan, and a closet with locks for storing your belongings! I sincerely and wholeheartedly recommend that you stay here during your trip! A very pleasant place and very kind people! Many thanks to this hotel...
Read moreTHE BEST ACCOMMODATION IN VIETNAM! 🇻🇳 Wow, where do I start? This place was truly wonderful. Not only was our room pristinely clean and beautiful, the family were the kindest and friendliest people I have probably ever met. We stayed during Tết 🧧 and they welcomed us to join their family for an incredible meal, free of charge. The wife is vegetarian so they had some really good meat substitutes similar to quorn (but better!) Back to the room, it was really luxurious and clean, came with an tv, toiletries, a hairdryer and a kettle. You can buy cheap noodles downstairs to cook yourself in the room or for a similar price the family will cook you really good food. The room also had a river view balcony. In the morning you’re welcomed with a smile (regardless of how late you had to wake them up to let you in the gate at night!), there is lots of fruit, tea and coffee all included in the price. You can rent a bike from them or they will help you book a taxi, transport to your next destination and give you good travel tips. I even had a little bike accident (welcome to vietnam) and all they cared about was how I was. The location was great, only a short walk away from the busy areas. The street it is on is very local, with cheap and delicious Vietnamese food restaurants, everyone waves and smiles at you as you walk past! I can’t sing their praises any higher, this truly was a wonderful experience and I wish I could have joined the family for a much...
Read moreI came to Hue without a plan or a place to stay and this popped up when I was looking online. Decided to show up and see if they had a room and fortunately they did.
On the first day I was treated with so much hospitality and welcome. The family that runs/owns the business is super nice and helpful. I’ve been asking them for food recommendations and using their services like laundry, motorbike rental, etc. I used their service to buy a bus ticket to Phong Nha and the price is reasonable and they pick you up.
The place is also very clean, has great air condition, they even have shampoo, soap, towels, toothbrushes, hairdryer etc. They actually have more than one bathroom unlike other establishments I’ve stayed at. I also stayed in the dorm so I was at the top floor but I really enjoyed the open space/balcony that they have there. The air con works great plus you get...
