Lily House — Hotel in Phú Quốc

I booked this hotel after reading a lot of nice reviews from their customers, to my surprise, it becomes my WORSE experience ever.

I came on Sunday (non peak hour), and was left alone at the hotel, no one at the counter, and they only left the phone number to contact of any issues. Worst thing, they just left access card in the lift, where everyone can use it. Imagine how dangerous it can be 😭

Light in the lobby was switched off, no air conditioning, with no one else in the hotel (no staff also), the main door is left open with no security, we just hoped that God protecting us from harm. 🥹

This morning, I contacted the number that was left inside the elevator, to ask for iron, he told me to get it myself in another room 😭😭 to get his reply too took around 1 hour.
