😱Terrible experience, and most of the reviews here seem fake — they offer free beer in exchange for 5-star ratings.

It seems this place mainly serves Korean customers. I came here because of the good reviews, but I was truly disappointed after the meal.

First of all: • The food that was served looked nothing like what was shown on the menu. • I came because I wanted to eat grilled meat. The menu said one portion was 200g, but when I ordered, they told me they don’t sell it — unless I ordered double (two portions), then they would serve it. (So what’s the point of putting 200g per portion on the menu?) • The seafood soybean paste soup also looked completely different from the photo on the menu. Although the taste was okay, the crab was not fresh. The menu photo showed shrimp and clams, but what I got was crab instead. • My child was very hungry and just wanted plain white rice with pork soup. The menu listed “white rice”, so I ordered it and specifically asked for no chili. But when the food came out, every dish had chili, and the rice wasn’t even plain white rice. My child couldn’t eat anything and had to go hungry. • The food was average at best, and nothing stood out in terms of quality or flavor.

The staff’s attitude was honestly very bad and unprofessional. When I complained that the food didn’t match the menu, the staff showed attitude and said the pictures were “just for illustration.” (Why didn’t you explain that clearly from the beginning so I could’ve chosen not to order and gone to another restaurant?) One staff member even threw the menu on the table when leaving — a very disrespectful behavior...

we had an amazing lunch at Sura and so glad we ate there. The service was absolutely incredible and the ingredients were all so fresh and delicious. The portions were huge, banchan selection was great and it was so healthy and fulfilling and satisfying. I highly recommend for lunch or dinner. We ordered the bulgogi ssambap which was more than enough for 2 people. 3-4 people could probably share it as it comes with so many fresh vegetables, seaweed soup, rice, water, and delicious and perfectly...

Costumer service was so good thank you for the welcoming. This place can get quite busy by dinner time so i would recommend you to book a table or room. Jeyuk was very nice with hit of smokey flavor. Kimchi-jjigae’s spicy level was right on there perfectly. Banchan; the little side dishes were so beautiful and the way of waitress’s put it on the table it looked like an art piece.
