Positives:|Zu was very helpful on reception and sorted out our walking trip and bus back to Hanoi. Always smiling!||The room was spacious and clean, as was the bathroom.||Lovely view of the mountains and hills from the room.||Negatives:||There are building works throughout Sapa, and also 3 feet away from our bedroom wall. This started at 7am each morning! Hammering and banging.||The hot water was either scolding or off. Infact the entire water supply went off one night and I was told it is a Sapa wide problem?||Although the view was nice the windows were filthy from the building works.||The shower was a trickle when the water was working.||Breakfast was not good. Raw omelette and dry bread. We had to eat ours in the reception as they don't have enough tables and chairs!||Location is good for the view but an uphill walk to go anywhere for food or to a shop.||I have given 3 stars as I don't know if some of the problems are just this hotel or are...
Read moreFor a start this is not a hotel. They advertise that they have got a bar and restaurant. There is no bar. There is no restaurant no air-conditioning in the rooms they advertise that they do. we booked in for three nights spent the first night there the noise from outside was absolutely disgusting. or you could hear all night was the traffic going past and first thing in the morning traffic traffic traffic the towels in the bathroom were as Fin as tissue paper. They only gave us two towels no floor towel when we went out for the day and came back at approximately 3 o’clock. Our room had not been made up no fresh towels. We had to walk up two flights of stairs with our suitcase and when we returned on the first night. after going out for tea there were no lights on in the stairway and it was so dangerous walking up the stairs. I would not recommend this place. A lot of false...
Read moreThe staffs were amazing. Joseph ans Zu were so helpful giving us tips and information on what to do and where to go. They arranged scooters rental, trek and bus ride to our next destination. Everyone is smiling and engaging in small conversations without being intrusive. The rooms were beautiful with an incredible view. (Make sure you ask for a room with ricefield view) the breakfast were also correct. The view from the dini g room is oh! So great. They were included, so can't complain. Clean bathroom, hot shower with good pressure. ||We highly recommend this hotel. The value for the price is amazing especially during the week as the rate double starting on Friday night. We had stay in similar hotel/homestay for much less privacy and confort for the same price. ||I wish you clear sky to have the full experience of...
