Muong Hoa Valle Hotel — Hotel in Sa Pa Ward

Very bad! It's basically a family homestay! We checked in at around 2:00 pm. We stayed on the 2nd floor and there was no elevator, only a narrow staircase. We were not informed of the wifi and breakfast time! No service! Not long after entering the room, I heard the noise of children on the first floor and the construction work next door. I couldn't even rest, so I had to go out for coffee! I went back to the room to rest at around 18:00, and within 30 minutes I heard the noise of children again! There is really no way to rest! Had to go out to eat again! When I came back to the room at around 10pm, it was much quieter! Unexpectedly, when I was getting ready to go to bed, it seemed that a group of friends had started having a dinner party downstairs. There were noisy noises and children crying, which lasted until 3 a.m.! ! It's totally exaggerated and disrespectful! At 5:30 in the morning, there was a noisy sound of footsteps on the stairs outside! The noise of construction outside at 6 o'clock! At 7 o'clock, they started moving things on the 3rd floor. The whole place was very loud and noisy, and there was no quality of sleep and rest at all! I spent more than 800,000 Vietnamese dong for a room with absolutely no soundproofing! There is no refrigerator, the toilet and shower are damp and moldy, not cleaned, and the room has a mixed smell! The scenery in the photo is not as beautiful and vast as that of Vịt Hotel! There is only the front part, the left and right sides are blocked, and there is a garbage scene below! It’s more expensive than Vịt’s! I can only say that this is a place where the boss deceives tourists who come to Sapa for a short period of time! I chose this place after looking at pictures and tiktok on the last day! I didn't expect such a nightmare! The original wonderful vacation itinerary was ruined by this place!

非常的糟糕！根本就是家庭民宿！下午14點多辦理入住，入住2樓沒電梯，只有一條狹小的樓梯，沒告知wifi 及早餐時間！沒有任何服務！進房沒多久，就聽到1樓小孩及隔壁施工的吵鬧聲，想休息都沒法，只好出門喝咖啡！到了18點多回房間休息，沒30分鐘又聽到小孩的吵鬧聲！真的是沒法休息！只好又外出用餐！再次回來房間為22點左右，有比較安靜了！沒想到要準備睡覺的時候，樓下似乎又開始朋友聚餐，吵雜的聲音，小孩的哭鬧聲也來，吵到了凌晨3點才結束！！根本是很誇張及不尊重的！早上5點30外面開始吵啥的樓梯腳步聲！6點外面施工的吵雜聲！7點3樓開始搬運東西，整個大聲吵雜，完全沒有睡眠休息的品質！花費了80多萬的越南幣，住了一個房間，隔音是完全的沒有！沒有冰箱，廁所跟淋浴帶潮濕發霉，沒做清理，房間混雜的味道！照片的風景也沒有vịt飯店來的漂亮及廣大！就只有前面一塊，左右兩邊都被遮住，下面還帶一片垃圾的景色！還比vịt的貴！只能說這是老闆再坑騙來短期遊玩sapa 旅客的地方！最後一天看了圖片及tiktok...

This hotel was an absolute treat. I stayed for a week, so I experienced a few rooms and I was NOT disappointed. The rooms are clean and have the most beautiful mountain views.

The service is absolutely top notch and you are always met with a smile. The manager and owner are always ready to help you with any of your needs.

The hotel is also situated in a perfect area - close to all the restaurants and the most beautiful views.

The hotel's room has such an incredible view of Muong Hoa Valle. The restroom and shower room was not fully private as they still have space overhead, which was super awkward.

There're also some ants in the room (sometimes even on bed) so make sure you don't leave food/trash in the room.

Other thing to note is there are some construction going on and the room is not soundproof at all.

Location is nice, only 10 mins walk from Sapa...
