Fabrica Restaurant & More — Restaurant in Yerevan

Even though we didn't have a reservation, the kind lady at the front desk was able to accommodate us, which was a great start to the evening.

The staff at Fabrica were all incredibly attentive throughout our meal. They were friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed.

We opted for a carnivore's dream, ordering both the Dry Aged Ribeye Portobello and the Dry Aged Tomahawk. Both steaks were cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The sides we chose, the Grilled Vegetables and Crispy Spicy Eggplant (not spicy enough though) were excellent complements, offering a balance of freshness and spice. We also enjoyed the Red Compote and a glass of Karas Red Wine, and while we were tempted by the Vulcano dessert, the generous portions of the main course left us...

Its one of these places that you have higher expectations. Dont get me wrong the starters were really great especially the fried eggplant and the beef tartar. The prices are very reasonable. The service could be better. And regarding the atmosphere there was a loud music playing which wasn’t very pleasant. One of my friends had the filet steak and instead of rare it came medium done. Also we found that the local cuts which were 30-40 day dry aged were are a bit fibrous. Maybe if we had ordered the prime cuts would ve been a different review. Would definitely...

Ցանկանում եմ իմ դժգոհությունը հայտնել «Ֆաբրիկա» ռեստորանի ղեկավարությանը՝ մենեջեր Սաթենիկի ոչ պրոֆեսիոնալ և անպատասխանատու վարքագծի վերաբերյալ։

Մենք ռեստորան էինք եկել կարևոր առիթ նշելու։ Նախապես զանգահարել էի և տեղեկացրել, որ երեխայի հետ ենք լինելու, ու խնդրել էի, որ մեզ նստեցնեն դռնից հեռու՝ քանի որ դրսից սառն է և քամի է փչում։ Սակայն, հակառակ նախապես պայմանավորվածի, մեզ նստեցրեցին հենց դռան դիմաց։

Երբ դժգոհություն հայտնեցինք, մենեջեր Սաթենիկը ասաց, որ ինքը մեզ հետ չի խոսել և ավելացրեց՝ «բայց դուռը ոչ ոք չի բացում»։ Եթե ղեկավարությանը իսկապես հետաքրքիր է իրավիճակը, խնդրում եմ ստուգել տեսախցիկներով՝ քանի անգամ է դուռը բացվել և փակվել այդ ընթացքում։

Փաստացի, Սաթենիկը փորձեց պատասխանատվությունը գցել կոլեգայի վրա, ում հետ ես նախապես խոսել էի, և փոխանակ ավելի հարմար տեղ առաջարկելու, առաջարկեց երկու հոգանոց սեղան՝ պատի տակ։ Անհասկանալի է՝ այդ դեպքում որն է նրա գործառույթը, եթե պատասխանատվություն չի կրում կատարվածի շուրջ։

Ասաց, որ մոտ կես ժամից սեղան կազատվի և մեզ կտեղափոխի։ Անցավ մեկ ժամ, սակայն ոչ մի բան չփոխվեց։ Ի վերջո, մենք պարզապես վճարեցինք և հեռացանք՝ առանց հնարավորություն ունենալու նորմալ նշել մեր առիթը։

Նշեմ նաև, որ մատուցողը մի քանի անգամ փորձեց մոտենալ և տարբերակներ առաջարկել, սակայն դա իր գործառույթը չէ։ Այնուամենայնիվ, նա փորձեց օգնել՝ ի տարբերություն մենեջերի, ով անտարբեր վերաբերմունք ցուցաբերեց։
