OST Foods & Wine — Restaurant in Yerevan

I recently visited this restaurant and while the atmosphere was quite nice, my experience with the service was pretty disappointing. The food itself was okay—portions were a bit on the smaller side, but overall it was decent.

However, the issue really came down to the staff’s attitude. There was a mix-up with a bottle of water that I didn’t want, and when I asked them to remove it, they were very uncooperative and even rude. Despite me explaining that I already had my own water and didn’t need theirs, they initially refused to remove it from the bill. Only after a lot of back-and-forth and speaking to the manager did they finally agree to take it off.

Went there by randomly chosing the place and it appeared really surprise. Excellent place with one of the best cuisine in Yerevan. Best Kebabs I tasted so far in Yerevan and nice choice of local wines. Prices were affordable and what is of most imlortance super friendly staff. Many thanks to Gregory (Grisha). We were lured in by the terrace but left feeling flat and disappointed. The food was really not good and the wine was mediocre which is actually forgivable but the staff were truly the worst part. My meal came first and my partner’s didn’t arrive until 20 mins later, after I asked. After this the staff wouldn’t speak to us or acknowledge us anymore, even to pay.
