On 02/Feb/2018 I meet a customer her name is Yun Jan. ( Jan Bake ) When she comes in and look at the crystal area, I ask her “May I help you ?” She said “they are beautiful “ then she turned her head back to enjoy watching those crystals, so I left her to enjoy her time.

After a while she moves to the L’Occitane area try the hand cream, at that moment I was thinking do we have tester for the small hand cream that she tried, then I quickly moved to the L’Occitan area to check out.

She open a brand new stock which is seal with the tape, at that point I have to tell her that is not a tester and show her the tester would have the “tester sticker” .

I am a salesperson, what should I do? I check with my manager and ask him what should I do? He said this is not tester ask her to pay for it, when I told her this is not a tester you have to pay for it, she said this is our fault and the service is not right, she confused to pay for it.

I am a salesperson, What should I do? Yes , you right. I check with my manager again. I ask my manager, should we call the police, she is not going to pay for it. He said keep eye on her Incase she open another stock.

Ok, I understand the decision my manager made,I did what I been told.

The worst part is Yun Jan. ( Jan Bake ) she left a worst comment and lie on internet, if any one of my friends knows her please ask her come back to pay for it and also we have the camera that shows all the true story which not matching up the story she made up .

Or anyone of my friends if you knew her, please left me the contact details of her , I would ask my lawyer to sue her!
