La Vida Apartment Newstead — Local services in Brisbane City

Apartments are beautiful beside from the disgusting smell of the hallways, and bin chutes only working half the time. Old management were great and kept the building clean and in working order. But the current management are absolutely disgraceful and not worth the struggle. Kiko and Icey who currently manage La Vida have to be the most disrespectful, unhelpful and shady property managers. Trying to charge you exorbitant illegal fees, will not do anything about repair orders until you serve them a breach of tenancy, trying to hold onto your money and just downright rude. Not worth the mental hassle having to deal with these people, would suggest renting from any of the other also beautiful apartment buildings in the area.
