I recently sold my apartment in this development, having held the property, as a non resident owner, and leased it out on long term rentals since the property opened. All the leasing and rental arrangements have been handled by Manru and Belinda and their teams, since it opened and not only have they consistently found and looked after excellent tenants, they have managed the property and conducted themselves in their dealings with me to the highest professional standards and have been friendly, supportive and helpful at all times.
