Absolutely criminal to charge the amounts that you do. Wasn’t going to write a review as I saw majority of other people have the same exact concern with no change or sympathy from you as a company however this is disgusting. I was there 39 mins and paid $50!! In this economy, how is it fair to pay pretty much double or more than, minimum wage that people make an hour at work. To park for not even an hour. As a student, casual worker, who was going to a job interview and with little to no parking around, this was ridiculous and an absolute money-grab. I hope you feel good ripping everyone off when it’s difficult to even afford rent, groceries, petrol at this point while you stack up the money for yourselves. What could you possibly need that much money for???? Maybe actually sympathize with your customers and consider how that is affordable for anyone, and I don’t want to see how it’s in line with your competitors considering I have researched the others around and are no way comparable. Would also leave it to you to actually not advertise pricing until you have to fully drive to the boom gate which is up a narrow road so by the time you’re there and see the outrageous prices, you cannot turn around. Read moreI would have put a well deserved ZERO if I could : (1) the prices are incredibely high - 3hours cost 80$ - if only the prices were displayed for everyone to see before entering the parking ... (2) we lost our ticket while walking in the town. While wanting to pay the full ticket price (81$), the machine indicated that we need to contact the assistance (call button), we called once, twice ... no answer ... we tried again, then we called one by one all the phone numbers we could see on the walls, the phone numbers on the company website, 4 different assistant buttons in the parking, then we tried to get help from the top floor hotel staff, then from the commercial center shops, and finally from the commercial center's security staff ... 1hour 20 minutes later, we finally managed to get our car out of the parking ... paying of course these 81$ ... The parking management should be ashamed of this client experience and of the total absence of staff and assistance in the parking. Why do we even have to call any assistance number to pay the parking in the first place ?????? The process is completely stupid. I WILL NEVER, UNDER ANY CIRCUMPSTANCE, RECOMMEND THIS...

Had a shocker experience trying to get out of here one night because the ticket machine was not working and a service man said just to use the emergency call button on the ticket machine when we need to leave later. The trouble started when we got back the call button buzzed but no-one answered after multiple attempts. My wife said was so grateful she was with me otherwise she said she would panic and not be able to get her car out. We had to google and phone the company and lets just say that it was a nightmare but 30 mins later we were finally on our way home. My wife will not be using secure parking here. Look on Facebook...this looks like it has been going on for years. Hello, is the CEO even keeping up with these comments on Facebook. We are trying to help you do your job. These things need to be fixed ASAP for the safety of your customers.
