I don't normally give a very low rating but this one, I think definitely a low. Just because I am hungry and very disappointed with how the food turned up. I was starving, so I went in and asked if the lunch menu was still available. The lady said yes and mentioned there were other options too. I specifically asked about the $22 "Lunch Special," and she described it as "Half Chicken." That sounded great—half a fried chicken sounded promising. I ordered takeaway then.

However, what arrived was greasy chicken nibbles in tiny pieces. I also asked if it came with salad, and the lady initially said no, but then added, "I can give you salad." Fine, I thought. I also asked what else was included, and she said chips, which I assumed meant fries.

Here’s why I won’t be going back:

The lady should have clarified that it was chicken nibbles, not half chicken. It’s definitely not worth $22. We’ll see how my stomach handles the nibbles and chips... 😬😮‍💨

P.S. (I’ve eaten three pieces because I was starving.)

The salad is ridiculous by the way. Didn't...

Called up initially to clarify whether I could order a dish via delivery. The lady on the phone confirmed to me and assured me I could order that dish. I proceeded to order the dish which was estimated to be a 30 to 45 minute wait which was totally fine. The whole time, the delivery said it was on schedule to the initially estimated time. Around 30minutes later I received a notification that my order had been cancelled, with no call or anything. I called up and asked what happened. The same lady who assured me I could order the delivery immediately started telling me they were so busy and couldn’t fulfil my order.

Firstly, I do have to give her credit because she did apologise profusely.

But it was absolutely ridiculous I was waiting for pretty much the whole delivery time after I was assured I could order, only to be told they had to cancel my order because the dine in customers took priority and they were too busy.

Maybe it wasn’t the lady on the phones fault, but the end result was I was assured an outcome, only to be kept...

I ordered bone chicken and received boneless one with a little note saying they run out of bone chicken today hence sent boneless chicken as a replacement. The note was cute and they apologized enough mentioning they won't do the same mistake. The thing was if I knew that bone chicken isn't available I wouldn't order. You should've took the menu out of it if it wasn't available all day or should've called or canceled the order rather than accepting and sending food that you never know if customer wants or not. I personally don't like boneless chicken because of its texture but just ate that this time as I was with my family and it's too hassle to return and order new one. Some people don't really care and they aren't too different that's probably why you decided to send them without asking (also it's tiny bit expensive) but regardless, it's not what your customer ordered it's their decision to proceed with replacement or not. I hope you understand and think from customer's point of view for...

Probably my fave Korean place after Bull Bar closed down! First time dining here and we got there as soon as it was opened so service was attentive, it quickly started getting busy though but service was still good. Had a lovely waitress who warned us they may not be able to do the cheese chips but she asked the kitchen for us and they were able to make it, they were delicious. Everything we ordered came out quickly and all were so tasty. The corn cheese was my favourite, best corn cheese I've ever had! I ordered the beef bulgogi and they give you a hefty amount of meat. My friend is vegetarian and she was able to eat most of the stuff we ordered. Lovely interior and vibe in the restaurant, the music they were playing was a bit throwback to when we were in high school. Would highly recommend and will come back again!

a cozy korean restaurant hidden away from the busy parts of the city! quite a lot of seating area, got quite a bit loud due to a lot of people on a friday night but was still quite enjoyable~ we ordered the korean fish cake hotpot and crispy half boneless chicken, as well as a apple soju and a grape soft drink hotpot was quite nice~ but i would say it was quite expensive for what they give, other places would provide a bowl of rice or side dishes with a hotpot so $29 for just that was a bit expensive, we added extra ramen to eat with the hotpot~ crispy chicken was quite good! the side salad was a nice refreshing touch to the fried chicken! staff were quite nice and friendly~ i would say the overall a nice experience~ a fun place to have a night out with your friends~
