What a fantastic store, it’s so much bigger on the inside. It smells wonderful and has a very peaceful & calm energy to it - you will feel it as soon as you walk in through the main doors - do try it out for yourself! Their prices are very reasonable and I liked their point of difference to other chemists in the area. It’s the kind of store which grabs your attention as you wander around discovering lots of cool & interesting things. It’s definitely a store you return to again! The front section of the store sells their health foods & health products, there is a cafe coming soon which will hopefully be as good as the one in Mt Gravatt! The back of the store is the pharmacy section. There is a handy bulk billed Medical Centre a few doors along, so filling prescriptions and seeing your doctor is a one stop shop. The staff are very friend, professional and extremely customer focussed which is what I’ve come to expect moving to the West End community. The pharmacist was amazing, very polite & respectful of my needs. He thoroughly explained the product I had enquired about, and helped me feel extremely confident in the choice of product made. I was very impressed with his knowledge, the feedback on how to use the product best & his brilliant customer service. This store is a wonderful new asset for the growing community of West End. All sales, whether pharmacy or from the health foods section go through the main counter at the front of the store. Parking is provided & “free” which is brilliant for such a “poor parking” suburb, they have a few designated parking spaces directly in front of the store, or you can use the customer carpark underneath the building. In the days when we buy most of the everyday items online it’s so refreshing when you feel cared for ..! From the moment I put my foot through the door of this pharmacy I was greeted with kindness directed to the right area. Not just left to my own devices.

James expressed his concern about my condition and explained the importance of the situation before bringing back my medication. Knowing of my condition, he administered the medicine and made me wait observing any possible symptoms.

Everything went well and I was able to leave. Before leaving though he went over all the options and suggested for me to contact him in case of any adverse reactions.
