This is honestly the best ramen I’ve ever had in my life. Every time I go back to Thailand, I always find myself missing this place. The broth is incredibly rich, smooth, and full of depth — you can really taste the care and attention put into every detail. It’s aromatic, perfectly balanced, and simply comforting in every bite.

The owner is a real Japanese chef, and you can feel the authenticity in the flavor and presentation. It’s a small, humble shop, but what they deliver is pure excellence. I’ve been coming here for over a year now, and it makes me so happy to see how much the restaurant has grown — it’s always busy, and for good reason.

The chashu pork is unbelievably tender and melts in your mouth, while the ajitama (seasoned egg) is soft, creamy, and perfectly cooked. Every element in the bowl complements each other beautifully.

If you don’t want to miss out on one of the best-tasting ramen shops out there, this is the place to go. Once you try it, you’ll understand why I keep...

I've been dining at this place since the first day it opened. Unlike most restaurants that started strong and then just faded away, this ramen restaurant has been keeping a great consistency.

The ramen itself is nice and firm. The broth tastes homemade and has great texture and flavor that takes hours of boiling to achieve. In my opinion, easily the best ramen place in Brisbane.

Btw, they also have the best chicken karage in town. It would be amazing if some day in the future, they can have more types of beer on tap to go with their amazing chicken karage and takoyaki.

The menu is still pretty small but I'm sure the chef has a lot more tricks in his sleeve. Let's see if they will add new items or alter the menu every couple months in the future. There's lots of potential here but I won't be mad if they decided to keep the same menue.

Anyway, lots of thanks to the Ramen Work team for your excellent food and service, and I'll be seeing you guys quite often...

You can see into the kitchen, everything is extremely clean, and the design is perfect! It feels very comfortable with soft colours and puts you right at ease. How many places can you actually look into the kitchen, see how it works, and know that everything is done right and done clean? Ramen-wise, I ordered the Negi-Ramen. The noodle texture was great, a bit more on the firmer side which was really good! Broth was very tasty and was deep, with good amounts of oil and flavor. Char-siu was chunky and flavourful, and the negi was freshly cut and crunchy! Overall, an amazing location, amazing staff, with amazing ramen! Please check it out and support this local business to help them grow and succeed, I’m sure after your first visit you’ll feel the...

I ate here last weekend and I haven't stopped thinking about it. I had the mala-miso tonkutsu ramen and I didn't even realize it was sechuan- it was so good. I need to have it again the flavor kicked me in the face and I loved every bit of it. I added an egg because I love pickled eggs. I can never finish a whole bowl of ramen so I got it in a take away container and ate it at home for dinner too. Well done ramen works team you genuinely made me excited to keep trying ramen places because I live down the coast and I've tried every ramen place near me and they are all terrible. This restaurant saved me.
