The awesome community vibe is the first thing you experience when you walk through the doors... you immediately feel like one of the family which include all ages and genders. The culture Jess has created is second to none and I love her thoughtfully considered approach to helping you reach your goals while always maintaining excellent technique and carefully working with injuries. I have been an original member and I cannot thank Joel and Jess enough for helping me to achieve an incredible mindset and a PB on my deadlift… It had been about a year since recovering from a back injury and they gently worked on my conditioning and gradually got me to a point where I could lift 80kg within a couple of months.
