I’m definitely going back! Great gelato flavours - made fresh, every day, with so many delicious choices to try. We tried the pistachio, the castiglione & the crema bologna which were fabulous. The only difficulty you will have is making up your mind & correctly pronouncing some of the Italian names. They clearly make their gelato with a lot of love & pride - perhaps this is why their gelato tastes so darn good! I highly recommend ordering the large$10 cup if it’s your first time as a customer - which allows up to 4 flavour choices, or the medium $8.50 cup for 3 choices. Don’t bother with the smallest cup size as you will wish you went with the longer lasting enjoyment of the bigger sizes. You do have the choice of a cup or waffle cone, takeaway packs are available if you find yourself head over heels in love with a successful flavour choice. The store is beautifully presented and spotlessly clean. The staff were attentive & friendly, they were also very busy cleaning when not serving customers, which is always a positive sign of reliable staff & excellent management! There are plenty of tables & chairs to sit & relax whilst enjoying your gelato, coffee or both😉. Free water is kindly provided to rehydrate on a hot day or cleanse your happy taste buds. The owner obviously cares deeply about the smaller details & providing a very positive customer experience. However, my experience today was quite unpleasant due to the service received. We were attended by a person with a terrible attitude, showing rudeness and a lack of professionalism. They rolled their eyes at us and treated us in a disrespectful manner, with a very undesirable attitude. It is a shame that a place so well-known for its exquisite ice creams does not have better filters when selecting their staff. I hope you take these comments into account and improve your customer service, as the quality of the ice creams deserves to be accompanied by a pleasant experience in all aspects. The gelato is undoubtedly very tasty however the horrible attitude that we received today isn’t something I’d want to experience again. All I wanted to know was the quantity of gelato served in the take-away boxes. He responded in a rude, matter of fact, aggressive manner as though I should have known beforehand. No mister I didn’t know hence why I was asking you, the quantity isn’t mentioned anywhere. The least you could do is talk politely, which is key to customer service. You just lost a very loyal customer of yours - we come here very often and won’t be returning.
