âď¸âď¸ Disappointing Customer Service at Versace Pacific Fair
As a regular customer, Iâve always appreciated the quality and elegance that Versace represents, but my recent visit to the Pacific Fair store left me deeply disappointed. Customer service, especially in a luxury brand, should be nothing less than impeccable. Unfortunately, the new staff members fell far short of that standard.
The moment I walked in, I felt judged. These new employees had the audacity to look me up and down as if I didnât belong or couldnât afford to shop there. This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional but also downright insulting. Versace, or any brand for that matter, should treat every customer with respect, regardless of how they look or dress. Judging a book by its cover is a mistakeâbecause you truly donât know whatâs inside someoneâs pocket or what kind of customer they might be.
Thank goodness for one of the longstanding staff member who treated me with the respect and kindness that every customer deserves. Itâs a relief to see that not everyone has forgotten the importance of excellent customer service. If it werenât for her, I would have walked out immediately and taken my business elsewhere.
To the new staff: you need to up your game. Working in a luxury brand isnât just about selling high-priced items; itâs about providing an experience, building trust, and treating every single person who walks through the door with dignity.
If I walk into the store again and encounter the same dismissive attitude from these newer employees, I will not hesitate to take my loyaltyâand my businessâelsewhere.    Read moreCalled yesterday inquiring about stock om a shirt. Maison answered and checked sizes and colourways around for me locally in my market Melbourne and at his store. Maison was a tremendous help. When arriving to store he greeted me and was able to take me to the shirt I was after. His reccomendations on the fitment and knowedlege on sizing was excellent and went out of his way to help me. Overall the experience as excellent and made so by the employee, truly the embodiment and persona of a versace. Thanks for your help really appreciated the extra effort. Both ladies were genuine and friendly in what can often be an intimidating experience of luxury shopping. It was my birthday but aside from that, they made my day by just chatting, being helpful and being themselves!
