Donā€™t often write bad reviews but I just received the worst customer service from the 2 ladies working at Beach Street Shellharbour. So unwilling to help, unwilling to help us with a description to find an item online for my daughter, told me I have to pay full price for a sale item because Iā€™m using back to school vouchers or else I can pay the full priceā€¦just horrible sour faces from staff who seem like they jusy donā€™t want to be there.! I left everything at the counter and Iā€™ll never go back.!...

Excellent customer service and after sale service. Can not recommend them enough. I had a problem with a pair of shoes and they sorted it very fast will be my new local for all thing they stock. Thank you for your service...
