Awful people, awful culture. Truly arrogant owners who believe they are above the customer. And to the owner: if you think your 'witty' replies to one-star reviews make your business seem any better, you're incorrect and childish. Don't insult people because they don't like your service - simply improve your practices. You're not listening to constructive criticism because you're a stuck-up clown in your own little bubble. The only reason you're still in business is because of your proximity to the community and that's a guarantee. You're not King Charles, you're a person that owns a low quality produce store. I made an online order but never received the item as I live in Queensland and there was no way to find out it couldn't be delivered until I actually made the purchase and received an email. Because I had been charged ,I called the shop and asked the shop assistant for a refund which I was said It could be done in a couple of days, after 3 weeks nothing happened, I call again and the girl on the phone, who didn't have a clue on how to talk to a customer, refers everything to her boss and after hearing him in the background complaining about the situation I was told the refund would have gone through in a couple of days which obviously never did and after trying to reach out twice and emailing them I decided to give up but honestly what a terrible...

OMG. not just the best fruit. They got everything. Coffees, shakes, smoothies, sandwiches etc. But wait there's more. Sauces, pastas, spices, nuts. I wish all fresh produce stores were half as good as this one. The most friendly and knowledgeable staff as well. It's a shame I live on other side of town as I would shop there weekly for all my fruit and healthy delicacies. I will definitely drop by for more, whenever I'm remotely around Brighton. Keep up the great work...
