Flagstaff Car Park - 535 Little Lonsdale Street — Local services in Melbourne

If I could rate this place -5 stars I would. Parked my car here for 24 hours after being told it was safe and secure to have my brand new cars windows smashed out and belongings stolen. The carpark attendant knew it had happened in the early hours of the morning but done nothing about it. Just left my car in the parking lot with 2 smashed windows and doors open. No police were called until we found our car at 4pm the next day. I contacted the car park manager for her to tell me this wasn’t her problem it was mine. I recieved no help from the flagstaff carpark staff and wouldn’t park my pushbike here. My car was not the only car broken into overnight. And I was still made pay the 24 hours parking to get out the boom gate. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone the car park attendant was sketchy and I feel he played a part in this because he knew everything about it but done nothing to...

Very confusing payment system. I booked for overnight parking online which was confirmed by email. I parked in a casual bay. However I was told that because I didn’t park on level 11 (written in fine print), I had to pay the casual rates ($90 per day). Even though the carpark was almost empty. Also they said I shouldn’t park overnight even though their online system allows it? I also couldn’t leave before 2:30pm, I had a line of cars behind me and they simply wouldn’t open the gate despite thinking I had done the right thing. Eventually had to pay more money to get out, at this point it would have been cheaper to park at the hotel. I’ve booked in bays all over the CBD and never had such a confusing and scammy...

This company is a complete disappointment, Pierra the staff member well that’s even worse. I reached out multiple times for assistance, only to be told through the help number that "there is nobody to assist you." Despite prepaying my fee, the details they provided were incorrect, leaving me stuck at the front gate with an additional fee to pay. When I explained that I had already paid, I was told, "There's nothing I can do, I'm not going to pay it for you." Pierra was dismissive and unprofessional throughout the entire interaction.
