My husband and I are regulars at this store. Normally the customer service at this store is amazing.

We walked into the store last Sunday and were treated like second class citizens. The girl who ‘attended to us’ didn’t greet us and reluctantly showed us a draw with some sunglasses in it upon our request. We then asked to see 3 different styles of shoes. She didn’t bother even checking stock levels or giving us alternatives. She blatantly dismissed our enquiries by telling us they didn’t have any of them. We walked out shortly after I told her that her customer service was revolting.

The next day I text the store expecting someone to call me. Nop. I got a response via text asking me what had occurred so they could investigate the matter. 4 days later and I am still waiting for a response/call.

I will never step foot in this store again. Do not ever judge a book by its cover. We walked into the store wanting to purchase a couple of pairs of shoes to add to our collection. No. We will take our hard earned money to the chadstone store where we have only ever received amazing customer service.

We came in to get a pair of classic shoes for a present, we met Lea on our first visit, and she greeted us with her friendly and warm smiles. We couldn't decide on which style to get and told her we'd return the next morning. We came back shortly after store opened the following day and are still trying to decide between 2 models. We ended up going for the classic model with customized design to make the shoes unique and personalized for the recipient. We sent pictures of our friend's pets to the designer Lea via the store's whatsapp account. We told her that she had about an hour to get the shoes customized as we were going to Sydney and our flight leaves in the early afternoon. Within a short while, she sent over drafts, which looked lovely...I told her to proceed with the final drawing of her design. In about 30 minutes later, I got another message with pictures of the finished shoes, which looked absolutely amazing and beautiful. Lea is truly talented in capturing the pets' lively images! We are absolutely delighted with our purchase and our experience with the Melbourne Colin's...

I went spontaneously on Friday evening before they closed.. the staff where very friendly and helpful, but with to little time I couldn't quite make my mind up. I came back first thing Saturday morning. As I walked into the place, a Western lady (long brown hair) working, didn't greet me at all and as I politely asked to go upstairs, she very rudely gave me the feeling I was interrupting her morning and let me feel like an idiot. My husband arrived a few minutes later and experienced the same rude and abrupt nature. If it wasn't for me, he would have turned around and left immediately. Luckily the 2 lovely Asian girls which looked after me upstairs where amazing and I left with 2 pairs of shoes. I'm just writing this, because it still bothers me how we got treated and I never experienced such a poor behaviour in a luxury...
