I live locally and was keen to try some food here. I paid cash and had to prompt the cashier to give me my change (strike 1). I wasn't given all the products in my order until I asked for where the missing product was (strike 2). Regarding the falafel wrap , I was disappointed that the falafel was dry inside (strike 3). I checked with AI chatGPT and it reported as follows. ----- Falafel balls should be crispy on the outside and moist and fluffy on the inside, not dry. AI also listed the reasons for the dryness. Perhaps you can get your cooking team to check these reasons.

The chips seemed to be a mix of fresh and not so fresh as they were of different temperatures.
