One of the employees was so disrespectful , we’re pretty sure was the manager, her name was Samantha. She yelled at us just because we didn’t realise she was talking to us. She said things such as ‘seriously you can’t hear me’ and proceeded to speak to us in a rude and inappropriate manner. I don’t recommend shopping here at all. We went back to ask for her name as she stared us down and laughed when we left the store. After we asked for her name she laughed in our face and told us we were rude even though we had apologised to her at the start because we didn’t hear her as we had our backs turned to her. She started to create a whole scene in the store, yelling at us and laughing. We were calm and told her we thought she had been rude to us and was not professional at all. She did all this in front of other customers which is so embarrassing for the brand and the store. Will definitely spread the word on this behaviour...

The store manager was extremely rude! I was in front of the fitting room, waiting for my turn at 5:35 pm, but she refused to let me in, claiming they close at 6 pm. Even though I explained that I’m pregnant and can’t easily return, she still didn’t allow me to enter. There was only one person in the fitting room, and I was next. When I asked for her name, she sarcastically said, “I am Angel, maybe not for you, but for someone else!”—so rude!!!

I assume that when a store announces on Google that it closes at 6 pm, they should serve customers until 6 pm. People make plans and go to the store based on the posted hours. If they need to close earlier for any reason on a specific day, they should inform customers at the entrance—before they’ve spent time picking out items—not when they’re already in line for the fitting room!
