The biggest issue I have with this Coles supermarket starts at the service desk. The wait for service at times borders on a joke, and some of the staff are just rude and arrogant. Rarely would I say my interaction with a staff member here is a pleasurable one. Many times I have waited while two staff members chatt away well aware that they have customers waiting. Also they have a few staff members who come across like they believe they are superior beings and give off a judgementel look along with a very unwelcoming vibe. Upon entering the store and making my way around the fresh produce, it's rather common to come across fruit and vegetables that have started to rot, smell and mould. They stock the shelves at the most inconvenient times, making it over crowed as consumers struggle to get past one another and some products impossible to access and at other times they have completely bare shelves. Many products are over priced and they lack variety also. If you have certain dietary requirements this is not the place to shop as the range is lacking and what they do have is so disgustingly expensive that I find it way more convenient to shop elsewhere, even when elsewhere is 20 minutes out...
Read moreShop has all your needs when you compare it with other coles, from fresh fruits and vegetables to all kitchen needs which is amazing although parking is a little hard as here and then the gate doesn’t really work and people tend ti throw their trollies in to the motorcycle parking spot. Nonetheless my main issue was when I was shopping there was the self checkout assistant for some reason the weight machine didn’t pick up 3 of the items I’ve scanned and put which made me ask the question why to the assistant but she ignored me on the second item which made me think she didn’t hear me. On the third item when I asked the same question again she gave me a dirty look and ignored me again. That’s when I teied to get her name to lodge a complaint but she covered her nametag with her blonde hair and ignored me again just to have a chat to another worker there. That was really unprofessional and it was the first time something like this happened to me. Read moreOrdered my shopping delivery as per normal from Coles pre covid lockdown and Coles send me 4 sms mentioning that my order has been cancelled , then back on and off again. They cancel your order (money paid) in full then cancel a few hrs before delivery time and further do not offer another time to deliver items. Customer service just mentions "Just order you items again"..... though the discount I had will no longer apply as well. I have a workplace injury at the moment and can't get to the shops, if they advised earlier that I wouldn't get my delivery I could have asked friends to help, now the working week starts they are busy, so looks like uber eats for me for the whole week.
