It takes a singular talent to take dough, cheese and tomato and come up with a tasteless foodstuff. I mean, even cheap cheese has a taste. The nachos were congealed as one soggy giant lump - and not because they were smothered in cheese - and were impossible to share. The pizza was also burnt along the edges and not worth $22. Drinks are fine, nice atmosphere, but maybe don't eat here. Great music. It wouldn't let me upload photos of the food unfortunately.

Wednesday, 25-Jul-2018. Ordered at 7:34pm, 13 of us, not that many other people when we arrived. They joined up ~5 tables together so could all sit together. Music was too loud, thus only 4/5 stars. The meats we ordered seemed a bit pricey but they were good nonetheless.(see photo). There was good service but the waitress could have been more knowledgeable of the food. The restaurant's furniture, ornaments and general ambience was quite unique.

This place is chilled. Great atmosphere. Right lights. Nice balance of music and loud enough but you can still hear the people sitting next to you. Lots of interesting things to look at. Great crew. And the drinks. Really pick the right flavours to mix. We go off the negroni because it’s easy to get wrong. Perfect. Bring a few friends if you’d like a booth. Will be going back.

I'm really gutted about this place as I had high hopes. The place looks good on the way in and is in a good location on the way into the city from Surry Hills. On entry you are met with a friendly greeter asking what you want, however rather than being able to go to the bar yourself to get a drink, you are directed into a certain place in the bar and told to find a seat and they will give table service. I know that sounds great to some people but this was not, not only did we get pushed to the outside edge of the main bar area when it wasn't even busy but it took ages to get served. We were charged the cost of that round and got our cards back, then roughly 10 mins later we actually got our drinks. It took us longer to wait for the drinks than it did to drink the drinks, it seemed like the staff were too busy fannying around to provide actual service. The waitress was even touting for us to visit some bar in the CBD as it was the "Best hidden bar in Sydney". I was looking forward to this place which does cocktails but also does masses of gins, but our first visit was a...

We had a mixup. I booked a table at our usual spot for the special lady's birthday, and something went awry. I made an executive decision to try a spot called Button Bar, a cozy place in Surry Hills with a good drink selection and a fun atmosphere. It's popular, busy, and fun. Don't get confused, you won't be the only one here, but if you meet Brett, he'll take care of you. Although the table we booked didn't work out perfectly, he remedied the situation with pizza and drinks, keeping our night kicking along with laughs and smiles. Couldn't be more stoked. Thanks guys & would recommend to...

Nice Surry Hills bar, not too crowded, great relaxed atmosphere, good range of cocktails and other drinks. The prices are Surry Hills prices, not too cheap but ok for what you get. The cheese platter is 18 bucks, you get 4 different cheeses, bread, olives & fruit, good for sharing and it definitively fills you up. However, food is not really an option, so don't go there if you want to have proper dinner as they only have three things to choose from. But - again, good for sharing. Staff is very friendly and kind of personal, trying to be your good friend so you buy more drinks. Can't blame...
